The Big Show Once Advised Kofi Kingston Not To Do The New Day Gimmick

Wrestling Inc. reader Isaac sent us the video above from The Big Show's Comic-Con appearance in Sacramento during Money in the Bank weekend.

In a portion of the Q&A not on the video, Big Show revealed that he actually once told Kofi Kingston to not take the New Day gimmick because he felt that it could have killed his career. He noted that within a couple of weeks, he realized that he was wrong.

"Later I had to go to Xavier [Woods], Kofi [Kingston] and Big E and said, 'OK, what I said two weeks ago... completely disregard it,'" Big Show said. He said that he told them that what they're doing is magic, to be themselves and to not change a thing.
