It's believed that the September 4th live WWE CWC finale will be to crown the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion. PWInsider reports that WWE has not signed any new talents that are official for the division yet but expect to hear about cruiserweights being signed to full-time deals soon. It was reported over the weekend that WWE had new deals with Kota Ibushi and Gran Metalik, and were looking at signing other CWC competitors including Zack Sabre, Jr., Lince Dorado, Jack Gallagher, Akira Tozawa and Cedric Alexander. It's also possible they use some veteran cruiserweight talents to help with the roster and to put some familiar faces on TV, such as Brian Kendrick or Tajiri.
