Main Card on Pay-Per-View at 10:00 p.m. ET:

Welterweight: Tim Means vs. Sabah Homasi

Round 1: Means picking him apart standing and landing his hardest shots in clinch range as usual. Means got up pretty easily after being taken down. Homasi bleeding badly on the left side of his face. Another elbow to that side. We'll go 10-9 Means, borderline 10-8.

Round 2: More of the same. Means appears to hurt him with elbows and knees but somehow he's still standing. This is a mugging. Means starts unloading and Herb Dean stops it. It was a moment where if it happened in a vacuum you wouldn't stop the fight, but in the context of the fight up to that point he Homasi clearly needed to be rescued. Really impressive performance by Means.

Official decision: Tim Means defeated Sabah Homasi by TKO at 2:54 of round 2.

Welterweight: Hyun Gyu Lim vs. Mike Perry

Round 1: Well, this shouldn't last long. Lim looks absolutely gigantic next to Perry. Perry landing some heavy low kicks. Perry drops Lim! Perry has a mounted crucifix with lots of time left. He gets out and back to his feet somehow. Perry drops him again and trying to finish on the ground. Lim barely defending. Perry to side control. Lim back up, dropped AGAIN, this time face planting. John McCarthy doesn't stop it immediately for some reason, but does after a follow up.

Official decision: Mike Perry defeated Hyun Gyu Lim by TKO at 3:38 of round 1.

Welterweight: Rick Story (#9) vs. Donald Cerrone (#14, LW #6)

Round 1: Cowboy takes Story down right away. He might have the most underrated offensive wrestling in the UFC. Story sweeps to a double leg attempt against the cage and now he has Cerrone right where he wants him. He gets Cerrone down but finds himself in a triangle attempt. Story escapes and passes. Gets Corrine's back and hits a hard knee to the body. Cerrone up, back to center Octagon. Cerrone hits a nice knee and front kick, then a low kick. Lot of feints and then Cerrone lights Story up with a combination. Great first round. Close, but Cerrone took over late for a 10-9 on our card.

Round 2: High kick right away for Cowboy. Another great stepping knee. Cerrone gets inside and doubles up on right hooks. Gorgeous stepping knee as Story comes in. Big head kick by Cowboy, drops Story with follow up punches, and it's over. Fantastic performance. Cerrone looks like he can be a championship level fighter at 170.

Official decision: Donald Cerrone defeated Rick Story by TKO (head kick, knee, and punches) at 2:02 of round 2.

Cowboy says he wants to drop back down to 155 to take the title from Eddie Alvarez at Madison Square Garden. Umm, yes please.

Light Heavyweight: Anthony Johnson (#1) vs. Glover Teixeira (#2)

Round 1: Rumble almost immediately knocks him out cold with an uppercut around Glover's guard. That man is terrifying. Glover tried to wrestle referee Dan Miragliotta when he woke up.

Official decision: Anthony Johnson defeated Glover Texeira by knockout (uppercut) at 0:13 of round 1.

Rumble clearly has a rematch against Daniel Cormier next for the title and they hype it up in the post-match interview.

We're 93 minutes in with just the main event left.

Welterweight (5 Round Main Event): Nate Diaz (LW #4) vs. Conor McGregor (C-FW)

It's time!

Round 1: Low kicks from Conor immediately. Roundhouses, too, and not his usual linear kicks. Conor tags him and Nate goes down but he breaks his fall. More hard low kicks and Nate's leg is not in great shape. Nate kicking too, so he doesn't concede that battle completely. McGregor has changed things up a lot, clips Nate near the end of the round. Clear 10-9 Conor.

Round 2: Conor drops him again and lets him up. And again. Same story. Hard to tell how much is force and the leg causing balance issues vs. him being rocked. Nice body jab by Nate. Good check right hook by Nate. Nate starts pressuring and landing! Repeat of the first fight with Nate clinching on the fence beating up Conor! This fight is insane. Tough round to call. Call it 10-9 Nate?

Round 3: Nate hurts him again. They clinch, Conor turns him on the cage, then Nate turns Conor. He's gotta be gassing Conor up bad and they break. Conor lands. Nate catches a spin kick and they clinch on the fence again. Conor stuffs a takedown attempt. Body head combo for Nate on the break. Nate pointing and laughing! Well timed knee/kick thing to the head by Nate. Clinch and he UNLOADS on the fence. Conor saved by the bell. 10-8 Diaz.

Round 4: Conor coming on a little better including a hard low kick. Nate clinches and Conor stuffs a takedown on the fence. Nice flurry by Conor. Nate rocks him?maybe? Nice body work by Conor. Conor came back well here. 10-9 Conor.

Why is Jon Kavanaugh telling Conor he's dominating the clinch?

Round 5: Conor tries a flying knee. Nate clinches but Conor turns him the breaks. Conor stuff another takedown attempt on the cage. Nice combo by Nate on the break. Crowd booing when Conor disengages with his hands on his hips. Nice 1-2 by Nate and a clinch knee. Elbow! Two minutes to go. Another takedown stuffed. Nate trips him as the clock ticks down and lands punches. That's it, they've gone the distance. Nate's round 10-9, we call it 48-46 Diaz.

Official Decision: Conor McGregor defeated Nate Diaz by majority decision (48-47, 47-47, 48-47).

So it looks like all three judges went McGregor 1-2-4 with Diaz getting a 10-8 in round three on one card.

McGregor wants the trilogy fight at lightweight. Both guys cursed up a storm. Diaz said something about getting hurt in camp.
