Rodolfo Roman recently interviewed UFC featherweight Anthony Pettis before his fight at last night's UFC on FOX event. During the interview, Pettis talked about his teammate CM Punk and said that Punk will surprise a lot of the critics. Both fighters train at Duke Roufus' camp in Wisconsin.

"Punk is looking good, he's going to surprise some people," Pettis told The Roman Show. "He's put the time in and it's been a long time coming. It's a couple of weeks away, and he's getting ready."

"People think he's horrible, that's not the case," he added.

Pettis added that while he won't be cornering Punk, he will be at the arena for the fight.

Punk faces Mickey Gall at UFC 203: Miocic vs Overeem on September 10, 2016 at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. As always, Wrestling Inc. will have live, round-by-round coverage of the event.
