Tammy Sytch, a.k.a Sunny, was arrested tonight and is at Carbon County Prison in Nesquehoning, PA. She was brought in for a probation violation for not showing up for her regularly scheduled drug / alcohol test that the judge had ordered. ProWrestlingSheet.com had first reported Sytch's arrest while I was working on this story.

We can exclusively report that Sytch will await to see the judge via video court for a gagnon hearing, at which time the probation officer will tell the judge what they feel the revocation time should be.

The first offense is usually anywhere between 30 to 90 days in jail, however Sytch is on five years probation. In the state of Pennsylvania, anything over two years is a state prison sentence, and any sentence that is one day less than two years is a county term. In the worst case scenario, if she continues to violate probation, they can ask for all street time to be pulled and for her to do all five years in a state prison system. That being said, even when she is released after 30 to 60 days she will still be on probation for the remainder of the 5 years.
