- As noted, Triple H appeared on CBS Sports' In The Corner podcast this week to promote last night's WWE NXT broadcast debut on the USA Network. CBS Sports has more highlights from the interview at this link, with Triple H discussing Chris Jericho facing Kenny Omega at WrestleKingdom 12 on January 4th. It is Jericho's first non-WWE match since 1999.
"I think it's great. Good for Chris," Triple H said. "It's phenomenal. Good for Kenny, good for New Japan. We were aware. That was a conversation that was had.
"It's great, it's good for him. Chris is one of the greatest talents in the history of the business, so I think it's great. Good product is good product. I'm happy for them, happy for Chris and happy for everybody."

- Tye Dillinger responded to an incident with an angry fan at an airport. Tye, who used to wrestle as Shawn Spears on the independents, not that the fan yelled, "I hope you get released again SHAWN!"
"[It] may have been the funniest fan comment I've gotten at an airport so far," Dillinger wrote. "Thanks for ruining it for the rest and sorry I didn't sign all 8 of your items for EBay."
