- The dark segment after tonight's WWE SmackDown in Wilkes-Barre, PA saw WWE Intercontinental Champion Ryback challenge Kevin Owens to a match. Instead, WWE World Heavyweight and United States Champion Seth Rollins attacked him from behind. Ryback countered a Pedigree and hit Shellshocked to send the kid-friendly crowd home happy.

- Speaking of Rollins and Ryback, they will face off in a Champion vs. Champion Lumberjack Match in this week's SmackDown main event.
