TNA Talking To Former ROH Tag Team Champions, Which Wrestler Topped FSM 50?, Movie Role For TNA Star

- Fighting Spirit Magazine announced that AJ Styles topped their FSM 50 rankings, which is a poll of FSM staff to name the world's best pro wrestler from November 2014 to November 2015. The former three-time NWA World champion topped Kevin Owens, Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi and John Cena to win the award. According to the magazine, "quality of matches... [is] the main criteria in considering FSM's Top 50 pro wrestlers of the year. Such bouts, however, were not merely judged on workrate or technical skill, but also performance on the biggest stage, ability to work the crowd, and quality of storylines."

- Dave Meltzer noted on The Wrestling Observer newsboard that ReDRagon, Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish, are once again negotiating with TNA. Meltzer noted that the former ROH tag team champions were in talks with TNA before, but hit an "impasse."

"Fish & O'Reilly are back talking to TNA after an impasse," Meltzer wrote. "Because it would be tampering until 1/1, the idea of WWE or TNA contacting them wouldn't be legal. But if you said there had been no contact between those groups and Fish & O'Reilly, it would be inaccurate when it comes to both groups."

- Jessie Godderz, who is coming off of his debut performance in the John Singleton movie Snowfall scheduled to air on FX in 2016, will be starring as Conan the Barbarian in the new comedy, Kid Barbarian. The movie is directed by James Parris and also stars Jonathan Tysor. It is scheduled to be released in 2016.
