Top TNA Wrestler Signs New Contract?, TNA Creative Team Note, TNA Announcer's Show Gets Dropped

- Ethan Carter III may have finally signed his new TNA deal. The company had wanted him to sign one of their new contracts that would allow them to book his indie dates. EC3 has reportedly told indie promoters he works with that they now have to go through the TNA office, indicating that the new deal has been signed. Carter will challenge World Heavyweight Champion Bobby Lashley at the October 2nd Bound For Glory pay-per-view.

- ESPN Radio has already dropped Josh Mathews' one-hour daily sports radio show that aired on 1025 The Game in Nashville, Tennessee. "The Josh Mathews Show" just debuted back on Saturday, July 16th.

- While Billy Corgan is now running TNA, the creative is still largely being done by John Gaburick with Matt Conway and Dave Lagana as writers. Matt Hardy is the one booking what he and Jeff Hardy are currently doing.
