- As noted, Alberto El Patron stated that he would be making tonight's WCPW event in Newcastle after allegedly being stabbed outside of a restaurant this past weekend. Alberto made the show and wrestled in the main event in a triple threat match for the first ever WCPW Internet championship. El Ligero defeated Alberto and Banks after pinning Banks to win the title. Alberto had one of his arms taped up due to the incident.

- Alberto's girlfriend Paige is in the U.S. while he's in the U.K., and she posted the messages below on her social media:

My brother is here keeping me company while mi amor is in England kicking traseros! Missing him but at least me and my bro are holding the fort down and having some family time.
