Josh Mathews and Madison Rayne welcome fans to Impact Wrestling! We kick things off with a Knockouts tag team match!

Rosemary & Taya Valkyrie (w/ John E Bravo) vs. Kylie Rae & Susie

Rosemary and Susie start the match. Rosemary gets in Susie's face and says she's an "idiot" for turning good. Rosemary backs Susie into the corner. Susie reverses out and sends Rosemary flying with a monkey flip. Susie rolls Rosemary up three times for a pin, Rosemary gets her shoulders up each time. Susie tags in Kylie Rae. Before Susie leaves the ring, Susie slaps Rosemary, then heads back to her corner. Rosemary tags in Taya Valkyrie. Valkyrie has Rae locked up in a head scissors, Rae reverses the hold. Both women get back up, Rae flips Valkyrie over with a hurricanrana. Susie makes her way back into the ring. Valkyrie tags in Rosemary. Rosemary and Valkyrie team together with a dropkick/German Suplex combo. Susie is close to the ring post; Rosemary locks in The Upside Down on Susie. Rae is back in. Rae sends Rosemary across the ring. Rosemary rises up. Valkyrie is back in. Rae locks in the STF (Smile to the Finish). Valkyrie taps and Rae picks up the victory.

Winners: Kylie Rae & Susie

Mathews and Rayne run through tonight's card, along with the matches announced for Slammiversary.

Backstage: Chris Bey and Johnny Swinger are upset that Swinger is banned from ringside during his match against Willie Mack at Slammiversary. Swinger says that he's going to grab a protein shake and see if he can change Impact management and the referee's minds.

Up next, we're about to see a four-way tag team match!

TJP & Fallah Bahh vs. Reno Scum vs. XXL (Acey Romero & Larry D) vs. The Deaners

A big brawl breaks out amongst the four teams. Cousin Jake flies off the top rope and sends TJP and Fallah Bahh out of the ring. Cousin Jake takes flight on all seven men, who are on the outside.

Back from the break, Adam Thornstowe has Cody Deaner cornered. Thornstowe keeps Deaner down with multiple kicks. Luster "The Legend" comes in briefly, before Thornstowe makes his way back in. Luster is back in. He headbutts Deaner, then locks him in a full nelson. Thornstowe rubs his underarm across Deaner's face. Deaner gains some footing by pushing Luster towards XXL's corner. Acey Romero tags himself in. Deaner sends Romero down with a neckbreaker. Now, all four teams are simultaneously making their way into the ring.

Thornstowe and Luster push Cousin Jake and Larry D off the apron. Luster throws a forearm towards Bahh. Reno Scum, along with TJP and Bahh take their fight to the back. Back in the ring, Deaner tags in Cousin Jake and Romero tags in Larry D. Larry D connects a powerful spinebuster on Cousin Jake. Larry D goes for the pin, Cody Deaner breaks the count. Cody Deaner takes care of Romero, while Cousin Jake knocks the wind right out of Larry D's sail with a powerful tackle. Cousin Jake covers Larry D and wins the match.

Winners: The Deaners

Post-Match: Reno Scum and TJP & Bahh continue their brawl backstage.

Backstage: While Swinger is coming up with a plan on how he can sneak into Bey's match at Slammiversary, he finds a few costumes lying around, including the mask and cap with the giant red "E" that was shown before Impact went off the air last week, and Suicide's costume. Swinger decides to take Suicide's costume.

Following that, the Impact Flashback Moment of the Week is shown. It's Tara & Angelina Love vs. The Beautiful People for the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championships in 2010.

When we return, the Knockouts Champion, Jordynne Grace, will be in action!

Backstage: Ken Shamrock is looking for his future tag team partner, Sami Callihan. Shamrock says if Callihan needs his help tonight, he'll be there. Callihan rejects his offer, but he does say that if they capture the Impact Tag Team Championships at Slammiversary, he has a new name for their team – "The World's Most Dangerous Tag Team." Shamrock likes the sound of that!

We head to the ring for another Knockouts match!

Jordynne Grace vs. Kimber Lee

Kimber Lee wants to test her strength against Jordynne Grace. Grace overpowers Lee to the mat. Lee kicks out of the pin with a bridge. Grace looks for the Grace Driver, Lee counters it by biting her fingers. Grace smashes Lee into the corner. Grace pushes Lee up against the ropes – setting her up for a spinebuster. She connects it beautifully. Grace goes for a cover, Lee kicks out at 2.

Lee finds her defense with a unique nelson submission hold. After the hold is broken, Grace fires back with a scoop and slam, followed by a driver. Grace crawls on top of Lee for a cover, Lee kicks out at 2. Lee kicks Grace three times, then heads up top to connect a Swanton Bomb on Grace. Lee heads for a cover, but Grace kicks out. Lee finds her brass knuckles and puts them on. Grace stops Lee from hitting her with them. Grace sends Lee out with the Grace Driver and wins the match.

Winner: Jordynne Grace

Post-Match: Deonna Purrazzo's music hits. Grace turns her attention towards the ramp. Purrazzo appears on the screen, calling Grace out before their match next weekend.

After, we see a video package showcasing the challengers (Eddie Edwards, Ace Austin and Trey) who will fight for the vacant Impact World Championship next weekend.

Backstage: Swinger is running around wearing Suicide's costume. Willie Mack, who thinks he's talking to the real Suicide, says that he's excited about their match later on tonight. Swinger is not too happy that he has to compete.

And now, Rayne hosts this week's "Locker Room Talk." She says that her guest on tonight's show is "The Most Iconic Knockouts of All-Time..." it's HER! She announces that at Slammiversary, she will be competing in the Knockouts Gauntlet match! Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz interrupt her talk show. They start to diss her for being so selfish. Havok and Nevaeh come onto the show too. Rayne watches the mayhem unfold between the two tag teams before she concludes her show.

Outside: Hernandez is banking with all the wins he's been receiving from his arm-wrestling matches. But, his biggest competitor walks in... Rhino. Their arm-wrestling match will continue next week.

We head back to the ring to see Willie Mack defend his X-Division Championship!

Willie Mack (c) vs. Suicide (Johnny Swinger)

"Suicide" goes to work on Mack by throwing a few shots at him in the corner. Mack moves out of the corner and pushes "Suicide" towards the ropes. Swinger, impressively, aligns himself up in the ropes the way Suicide usually does. "Suicide" heads up top but accidentally falls off. Mack meets him with a cutter. Mack hooks the pin and retains his X-Division Championship.

Winner: Willie Mack

Backstage: Gabby Loren interviews Tommy Dreamer. Moose jumps in his interview. He is not too pleased with Dreamer's apology – he doesn't find it sincere enough. Dreamer informs Moose jokingly that the "TNA Championship Committee" said that he's now the number one contender for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Dreamer says that he'll see him at Slammiversary!

And now, the main event!

Josh Alexander (w/Ethan Page) vs. Sami Callihan

Both men lockup. Sami Callihan puts Josh Alexander in a side headlock. Alexander pushes Callihan towards the ropes to break out of the hold. Callihan drives his knee towards the side of Alexander's head. Alexander flies off the apron. Callihan meets Alexander on the outside. Alexander turns things around by smashing a few forearm strikes before Callihan sends Alexander into the guard rail.

Back from the break, we see that Callihan has Alexander cornered in a foot chokehold. Both men make their way back to the outside. Callihan slams Alexander on the floor with a powerful Death Valley Driver. Ethan Page tries to get involved in the match. The referee pushes him back. Both men are now back in the ring. Alexander applies pressure towards Callihan's formally injured ankle. Alexander keeps Callihan down with a few forearm strikes. Page is heckling on the outside. Callihan rises to his feet and pushes Alexander to keep hitting him. Callihan sends Alexander over with a rolling clothesline. Callihan, looking for a sunset flip, Alexander rolls through. Callihan connects a brainbuster, then heads for a pin. Alexander kicks out.

Alexander slides underneath Callihan and spins him out towards the middle of the ring before hooking in an ankle lock. Callihan stays alive and reaches for the bottom rope. Page walks over to Callihan and rubs in that he's the tag champion. Callihan digs his fingers into Alexander's eyes before dropping him with a Cactus Special '97. Page takes out the referee and attacks Callihan. Shamrock runs down to the ring and puts Page in an ankle lock. Back in the ring, Callihan goes for another Cactus Special. The referee rolls over to count Callihan's cover. Callihan wins the match.

Before the show concludes, we see a brand new advertisement for Slammiversary. It looks like the mystery opponent who will be competing in the Fatal 4 Way match will not be debuting alone!
