AEW Dynamite Viewership Up For Thursday Night Episode, How It Fared Against WWE NXT

The numbers have just been released for last night's Dynamite episode on TNT, which aired in a different timeslot due to the scheduled NBA games on TNT that ended up being cancelled due to the boycott.

Thursday's Dynamite episode drew 813,000 viewers on TNT. As previously reported, Wednesday's NXT, which aired on its usual night, drew 824,000 viewers on the USA Network, topping the audience of Dynamite by 1.4% according to Showbuzz Daily.

AEW ranked #11 in the Cable Top 150 for the 18-49 demo and #74 in total viewership.

Last Saturday's Dynamite episode drew 755,000 viewers and ranked #5 in the Cable Top 150, and #59 in viewership.

AEW drew a 0.29 rating in the 18-49 demographic while NXT drew a 0.24 in the same demo this week. Last week's AEW show drew a 0.31 rating in that demographic.

FOX News Channel's Republican National Convention coverage at 10pm topped the night in the 18-49 demographic on the Cable Top 150, with a 1.19 rating. That same airing also topped the night on cable in viewership with 9.043 million viewers.

Big Brother on CBS topped the night on network TV in viewership with an average of 3.990 million viewers. Big Brother also took the #1 spot in the 18-49 demographic with a 1.0 rating for the fifth week in a row.
