The Rock is scheduled to be appearing at the San Diego Comic Con on Saturday July 16 to promote his new film Doom, which is based on the video game.

Former ECW World Tag Team champions Danny Doring and Roadkill are at Ohio Valley Wrestling training. They aren't currently signed to WWE developmental deals, however are working hard so they can earn contracts at WWE's invitation. Many wrestlers, including current WWE Tag Team champion Joey Mercury and developmental talent Johnny Jeter have been through a similar route to receive a contract with the company.

New WWE developmental wrestler CM Punk is set to defend the Ring of Honor championship tomorrow at ROH's debut in Lake Grove, Long Island. This is expected to be his final appearance for the company, although that could change. According to a source in OVW, CM Punk doesn t have a set date to start in WWE's developmental territory.
