- Roddy Piper has a part in USA Network's "Three Wise Guys," a Christmas movie due out in November.

- A glimpse down the road. WWE is advertising John Cena vs. Edge w/Lita, The Big Show vs. Chris Masters and Shelton Benjamin vs. Carlito for a show at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium on August 12th, 2005. Tickets go on sale July 16th, 2005 at 10 am.

- Recent WWE signee Trevor Rhodes is expected to go directly the main TV show rather than a developmental territory, said his colleagues from World League Wrestling. Word is that he will be placed in a tag team with Garrison Cade. "He's one of my best friends in the wrestling business," Superstar Steve told SLAM! Wrestling Friday night at a show in Newton, Iowa. "We just wanted someone from Harley (Race)'s group to make it."

- The new 'Deep South' developmental territory (legally owned by Jody Hamilton under the WWE banner) in McDonough, GA has been up and running for a couple of months now. It mainly consists of Bill DeMott doing calisthenic drills with students for most of the day. The company is hoping to have a local TV show on the air around the fall.

- WWE Stocks closed the day at 11.56, a 2.28% decrease over the previous closing. The day's range was 11.50 – 11.77.
