In today s Kansas City Star noted that WWE Hall of Famer and former NWA World champion Harley Race will be inducted into the George Tragos/Lou Thesz Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in Newton, Iowa on Jult 15th. Current WWE Agent Jerry Brisco and New Japan legend Antonio Inoki, Race will be promoting a legends show that weekend in conjunction with the Hall of Fame, featuring appearances by Verne Gagne, Paul Orndorff, and others.

Piper's Pit will feature live on July 20th at the Toronto Blue Jays game, also featuring appearances by Gene Okerlund and Bobby Heenan. The show will be aired on TSN in Canada and Fox Sports Network Northwest, however there is no guarantee the WWE s involvement will make the broadcasts.
