Mr. Kennedy Bashes Internet Reporters, & More
Mr. Kennedy has posted up a message on his official website, Ken-Kennedy.com. He rants on the internet in his message. He goes off on people who pose as him on the social website MySpace.com. Apparently, there are several fake Mr. Kennedy pages that have hoodwinked countless na?ve wrestling fans into believing that they're talking to the one and only Mr. Kennedy through the blogs. Kennedy follows that up by ranting on internet wrestling reporters such as yours truly, Daniel Pena, by saying that we embellish and possibly even make things up in our news reports. He also adds that there are "conspiracy theorists" out there who think that the McMahon family consists of evil people and that every win & loss is determined by backstage politics.
Anyways, here is his message:
I would just like you all to know that I do not have, nor have I ever had, a Myspace account. I have some company staying with me for the weekend, and they pulled up a few fake Mr. Kennedy sites for me just for ****s and giggles, and I have to say that I was HIGHLY entertained. I think it's fantastic that there are actually goofs out there who write blog entries and answer questions from fans and such. Keep up the good work! This doesn't really piss me off but I'd like you to know, constant fan, that if you ever come across a Mr. Kennedy Myspace account, and you think that you're talking to the Daddy himself, you are sadly mistaken!
I'd also like to follow up on something that I read that RVD wrote a few weeks ago. Please keep in mind that at least half of all the internet reporters out there, really don't have a clue about how this business works, and have to keep reporting things to make their measly livings. If there's nothing to report, they embellish, or just outright make **** up!! The favorites are the constant conspiracy theorists who think that the McMahon's are evil people, and that every win and loss is determined by some sort of backstage politics. Bull ****. Again, this stuff is highly entertaining and laughed at by most of the boys in the business. I'm not sure how these people get their "misinformation", but I do not understand, for the life of me, how they can look at themselves in the mirror everyday and call themselves legitimate reporters.
