Jim Neidhart's Reps Claim He Was Not Arrested (With Mugshot Pic)

Jim Neidhart's reps are claiming that he was not arrested by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office on April 18th. According to them, Neidhart realized he missed a date in traffic court on the charges of driving without a license and operating an unregistered vehicle, Neidhart then turned himself in and made a desk appearance. From there, he paid the security bond and was released.

Neidhart's reps claim he was not incarcerated or taken into police custody. That's interesting as his mugshot has been revealed, which you can check out below:
