Jeff Jarrett Replaces Jerry Lawler This Weekend, Matt Hardy Vs. Nese, Lex Luger Appearance, More
- Rock 'n' Roll Wrestling presents a trio of events this weekend. The present an event tonight at 7:30 pm from Sharp's Gym in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. They will hold an event tomorrow night at 9 pm at Chubba's Tap in Joy, Illinois. They will also hold another event tomorrow night at 9 pm from the Brickyard Bar in Pierz, Minnesota. - Jeff Jarrett (with Karen Jarrett) will replace Jerry "The King" Lawler to face Dutch Mantell (with Billy The P at ringside) at this Saturday's USA Championship Wrestling event at Nashville Christian School in Nashville, Tennessee. Bell time is 7 PM. The show will benefit the Girls Basketball Program for the school. Tickets are available at the school and are: Golden Circle – $20, Ringside – $12, General Admission – $10 and Students General Admission – $6. Jarrett commented on filling in for Lawler on his Twitter.
"Very unique set of circumstances this week," Jarrett wrote. "@JerryLawler was scheduled to wrestle n Nashville this Saturday. Obviously, he cannot be there... So, I was contacted to replace him. The high school where the fundraiser is taking place has a legendary, great coach, Charlie Anderson... Super excited to help out!"
- Pro Wrestling Syndicate presents an event tonight in Rahway, NJ. Saved By The Bell television star Dennis Haskins, who played Mr. Belding on the show, will be the Guest Commissioner for the event. Lex Luger and Ashley Massaro are also scheduled to appear at the show, while Kevin Matthews will defend the PWS title against Sami Callihan in a falls count anywhere match. Anthony Nese vs. Matt Hardy for the Tri State title and Demolition vs. The Powers of Pain is also scheduled for the event. You can get more information by clicking here.
