Wrestling Inc will have full, live coverage of UFC 189 starting with preliminary fights at 7 pm. You can check out episode eight of UFC 189 Embedded above.

- Cris Cyborg was dominant last night in her Invicta Featherweight Title defense over Faith Van Duin. The champion dismantled her opponent in only 45 seconds.

Cyborg was non-committal about dropping to 135 pounds for a potential superfight with UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey. Cyborg initially said that she'd drop to 135 pounds in February 2014, but the move hasn't happened yet.

- Interim UFC Featherweight Title contenders Chad Mendes and Conor McGregor traded verbal jabs at yesterday's UFC 189 pre-fight press conference.

"He's a one-dimensional fighter. He's a stand-up fighter. He doesn't have anything else. I'm more well-rounded. I have power. I can put people to sleep on their feet, I can take you down and beat a hole in your face and I can submit you. What else can he do?," Mendes said of McGregor.

McGregor, unfazed, fired back at his opponent.

"He'll do absolutely none of those things," McGregor said. "Not one little bit of a thing. He's a rookie. He's a novice in my eyes. He's a white belt on the mat. In the grappling exchanges, panic will set in and then he will cower like a little girl and begin his little run. But I will catch him," said McGregor.
