12 best WWE table matches of all time
By ALFONSO LOPEZ
12. One Night Stand 2007
The result of a lengthy feud between the two groups, CM Punk and the ECW Originals vs. The New Breed shines because of CM Punk’s pace and the sheer star quality of both Elijah Burke and Marcus Cor Von. The match also features a couple of scary bumps, a piledriver, and a pretty fun table spot to finish the match.
11. Extreme Rules 2020
Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura vs. The New Day was part of the WWE shows held with no real crowd from April 2020 to July 2021. Despite the lack of a regular crowd, this hard-hitting 10-minute match still delivers pay-per-view quality, especially because of the risks Kofi Kingston was willing to take.
10. Raw September 13th, 2010
This match between John Cena and Randy Orton starts off normal enough but takes a turn when the members of Nexus — and later, Sheamus, Edge, and Chris Jericho — join in. By the end, the match is what Jim Ross would call a "human demolition derby" as bodies and broken tables lay everywhere.
9. Tables Ladders & Chairs 2010
Beth Phoenix and Natalya vs. LayCool is not only an entertaining match where each competitor is playing at the top of their game, but it’s also the first-ever women’s Tables match. Natalya was also able to pull off her first double sharpshooter, which may be part of the reason why she called the match "the highlight of my career."
8. No Way Out 2001
This three-way tag team between The Dudley Boyz, Christian and Edge, and Kane & Undertaker sounds like it’d be top five, but the addition of the Brothers of Destruction to the already existing feud slowed down the pace. It was still a good and entertaining match from three of the best tag teams WWE had to offer.
