NXT TakeOver: Fatal 4-Way
The main event of this PPV saw Adrian Neville defend his NXT Championship against Sami Zayn, Tyler Breeze, and Tyson Kidd in a fast-paced match. A glorious showcase of NXT’s main event scene, the match concluded with Neville pinning a prone Tyson Kidd to secure the victory and retain his title.
NXT TakeOver: R-Evolution
After Neville duped Zayn in a one-on-one match for the NXT title, the championship versus career between the two at R-Evolution was a tremendous match. Each man gave his best till Zayn hit a Helluva Kick to pick up the win and title — a victory that the entire locker room came out to celebrate.
NXT TakeOver: Respect
The match between Bayley and Sasha Banks at the Full Sail Arena was not only the first female NXT main event but also the first Iron Woman match. Banks put in some of her best heel work in the match, and the added drama helped both women present a compelling back-and-forth contest.
NXT TakeOver: Chicago
After Akam and Rezar of Authors of Pain defeated Tomasso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano to pick up the win and secure the NXT tag titles, the real drama began. Just as the copyright bug appeared, Ciampa declared “this is my moment” to Gargano and slammed him headfirst into the entrance set’s LED board, taking his first step towards a successful heel run.
