From 1997 to 2001, Chyna broke multiple barriers, had historic championship victories, and reached impressive accolades in the WWF, but by the end of 2001, she was out, vacating the Women's Title. From this point, many of Chyna's darkest moments began impacting her life.
A Quick Rise And Fall
Chyna and Triple H were in a well-known relationship until she discovered he was also in a relationship with Stephanie McMahon, which led to a fight and her eventual dismissal from WWE. She also dated colleague Sean Waltman, who said that Triple H tried to "warn" him about dating her, divulging information about their controversial sex tape "leak."
Colleagues & Relationships
Chyna and Waltman's sex tape led her to a career in the adult industry. Her first film, titled "1 Night in China," was released in 2004, and she has been featured in four other adult films. Chyna told the Baltimore Sun, "I decided to go for it and it turned out to be a great experience."

Chyna appeared on "Celebrity Rehab," citing alcohol as her addiction, and in 2015, TMZ claimed that Chyna was booked for public intoxication after cops found her outside her apartment building. A 2017 Vice article chronicles Chyna's last days, revealing a cycle of attempting to turn her life around.
Struggles With Addiction
On April 20, 2016, Chyna was found dead in her home at age 46, with multiple outlets reporting it as accidental death from consuming alcohol and prescription drugs. The coroner's report mentioned alcohol, stating Chyna died with traces of Oxycodone, Oxymorphone, Valium, and Nordiazepam in her system.
