Hardy Injury Update, Umaga & Kennedy Returning, Dreamer/WWE

? To follow up on reports last week regarding Matt Hardy suffering a torn abdominal muscle, the injury will require surgery and put him out of action for a decent length of time. Hardy had originally refused to take time off after suffering a broken hand at the Backlash PPV back on April 26 and was working week to week. Hardy has stayed relatively quiet about the injury on his official Twitter page that he is usually very vocal on.

? LoHud.com has an article up with WWE's ECW Champion Tommy Dreamer discussing how his wrestling character really is him. Dreamer, real name Tom Laughlin, added, "Tommy Dreamer isn't a big gimmick. It's the real deal. I think my fans can relate to me because I'm the guy next door, I'm the guy who had to work his way up."

? WWC recently announced that WWE star MVP would not be wrestling at the promotions big anniversary show next Saturday with the reason being given that he was unable to come to Puerto Rico so quickly after WWE's international tour. Because of MVP having to pull out of the event, WWC has added Umaga vs. former WWE star Ken Anderson (Mr. Kennedy) to the show. WWE's The Colons (Carlito and Primo) will also be wrestling at the event
