– While the following names have not yet been publicly announced by TNA Wrestling for Sunday's HardCORE Justice pay-per-view event, they have been independently confirmed: Mike Bucci (a/k/a Nova), Joel Gertner, referee John Finnegan, referee Mike Kehner and ring announcer Stephen DeAngelis. Talent officially announced for the show are as follows: Rob Van Dam, Tommy Dreamer, Sabu, Team 3D, Jerry Lynn, Mick Foley, Taz, The Sandman, Axl Rotten, Rhino, Balls Mahoney, Raven, CW Anderson, The FBI (Little Guido, Tony Mamaluke and Sal E. Graziano), Brother Runt, 2 Cold Scorpio, Al Snow, Simon Diamond and Johnny Swinger.

– TNA Wrestling is using Ronnie Lang's Atlas Security to handle security for Sunday's HardCORE Justice pay-per-view event. Atlas Security was the security company Extreme Championship Wrestling used for shows held at The Arena in Philadelphia.
