CM Punk On Not Main Eventing WrestleMania, WWE - Martha Hart Lawsuit, Sandy Relief Party Video

- WWE posted the video above with footage from yesterday's Sandy Relief Party.

- As noted earlier this week, WWE and Martha Hart, the widow of Owen Hart, have settled her lawsuit over the use of Owen's image and royalties. No further details were disclosed. Hart filed the lawsuit in June of 2010, claiming that the company did not pay royalty payments and violated an agreement to not use Owen's name and likeness. The story has been picked up by The Associated Press so it's been everywhere, include FOX New York this morning and The Washington Post.

- GMA News Online has an article about this Sunday's WrestleMania pay-per-view at this link. The article contains a quote from CM Punk about headlining WrestleMania.

"I'm hung up on going on last, being the main event on WrestleMania," said Punk. "There's all sorts of people who will tell you 'You're wrestling the Undertaker and maybe that's bigger than the title, bigger than going on last and there's a difference between the main event and the last match.' It's just been ingrained into me. Ever since I was a kid I wanted to be in the main event at WrestleMania."
