Exclusive Details On AAA Turning Down PPV Offer

As noted, last week's AAA TripleMania pay-per-view was ridden with technical issues. ROH founder Rob Feinstein contacted AAA this week promising the organization that he can fix all of their technical issues. He said that he had partnered with Tommy Dreamer in the past for his shows, would be willing to give them a big cut of the PPV money. AAA had actually cut out the middleman, which is why they finally did pay-per-view in the first place.

AAA turned down Feinstein's offer, partially due to not wanting a middle man. It was also noted to me that AAA had some issues speaking in an official capacity with Feinstein due to his past controversies.

Update 8/15 12:11 AM ET: Fixed an earlier version of the article stating that Tommy Dreamer was Feinstein's business partner. Feinstein had partnered with Dreamer for Dreamer's past shows.
