Horsemen Reunion At MCW, PWG All Star Weekend 11 Cards, EVOLVE Tournament, More On ROH Departure
- Ric Flair will be appearing at this weekend's Maryland Championship Wrestling events in Waldorf, MD on Friday at the Unique Sports Academy and on Saturday in Joppa, MD at the MCW Arena. Flair will be joined by Mickie James at the Friday event, who will defend the MCW Women's championship against Kimber Lee that evening. Saturday will feature a Four Horsemen reunion, as JJ Dillon and Tully Blanchard will be joining Flair in Joppa. You can purchase tickets at this link, or get more information here.
- As we first reported earlier, ROH marketing manager Matt Myers Jr. has given notice and will finish up with the company this Friday. Myers was hired this past summer to oversee ROH's marketing, branding, publicity and new business endeavors. Myers commented on his departure on Twitter, writing, "Well, looks like the secret is out: this is my last week at Ring of Honor: https://www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2015/1112/603726/roh-executive-leaving-the-company/ ? - EVOLVE announced three events for Royal Rumble weekend featuring the Evolve tag team championship tournament. Opening round matches will take place on Friday and Saturday, with the finals taking place at Evolve 55 on Sunday at 2pm. You can get more information at dgusa.tv/Events.
- PWG announced their cards for All Star Weekend 11 on December 11 and 12. They also revealed a show on January 2nd, 2016, with Drew Galloway, Akira Tozawa, and Zack Sabre, Jr. appearing.
