ESPN's Brett Okamoto reported Shamrock tested positive for elevated testosterone levels, as was 12.4:1, well above the Texas limit of 4:1. Methadone and Nandrolone were found in his system, with Methadone being pretty concerning considering it's used to treat major drug addiction. Nandrolone is a fairly common anabolic steroid.

Kimbo Slice's testosterone level was 6.4:1. According to MMAFighting, he has also tested positive for Nandrolone.

Both men face possible one-year suspensions due to the infractions.
