WWE NXT Results (8/17): Takeover Sitdown Interview, Six-Person Match, Hideo Itami In Action, Videos

Above and below are videos and a quick recap from tonight's WWE NXT episode, the final show before "Takeover: Back 2 Brooklyn" this Saturday night.

- Hideo Itami defeated Mustafa Ali. At one point towards the end, Itami hit a nice clothesline and leg whip after Ali got the upperhand and taunted him. The finish saw Itami hit the hesitation dropkick and the flying knee for the pin

- They aired several video packages to hype Takeover on Bayley, NXT Women's Champion Asuka, Bobby Roode and others.

- NXT General Manager William Regal names Billie Kay as the debut opponent for Ember Moon at Takeover

- Liv Morgan, Carmella and Nikki Glencross defeated Alexa Bliss, Mandy Rose and Daria Berenato. Good tag match with Carmella getting the Code of Silence applied on Mandy for the win

- Regal brings security to the interview with NXT Champion Samoa Joe and Shinsuke Nakamura. He warns Joe before Byron Saxton begins the interview. Video is below:
