- As noted, WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz brought back Kenny and Mikey of The Spirit Squad on tonight's SmackDown for a MizTV segment to mock Dolph Ziggler going into Sunday's Career vs. Title Match at No Mercy. This Fallout clip features Charly Caruso trying to get a word with the former WWE Tag Team Champions but it looks like this was a one-shot appearance.

- The dark main event after tonight's WWE SmackDown and Main Event tapings in San Diego saw Randy Orton face Bray Wyatt. Orton ended the match with a RKO and celebrated with the fans to close the show.

- The final rating for Monday's WWE RAW from LA was a 1.92, up from last week's 1.75 rating. As noted, this week's RAW drew 2.797 million viewers, up from last week's 2.478 million viewers, which was a new low for the episode that went up against the NFL and the first Donald Trump – Hillary Clinton debate.
