AEW Dynamite & Collision Results 10/15 - AEW World Trios Title Match, The Hurt Syndicate Faces Gates Of Agony

The Opps' Samoa Joe, Katsuyori Shibata, and Powerhouse Hobbs will be putting the AEW World Trios Championship on the line as they defend against Rush, Dralistico, and The Beast Mortos of La Faccion Ingobernable. This will mark the first time that Joe, Shibata, and Hobbs have defended their title since the August 27 episode of "Dynamite" when they retained against The Demand's Ricochet, Toa Liona, and Bishop Kaun.
Speaking of Liona and Kaun, the Gates Of Agony members will be joining forces with one another once again tonight as they collide with Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin of The Hurt Syndicate. All four men have met one another twice in the ring when Kaun, Liona, and the aforementioned Ricochet defeated Lashley, Benjamin, and their stablemate MVP at AEW All Out on September 20 only for The Hurt Syndicate to seek their retribution this past Tuesday on "Dynamite" when they emerged victorious against The Demand in a Street Fight.
Three members of The Death Riders will be in action tonight, as Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta join forces to face Orange Cassidy and Kyle O'Reilly while Claudio Castagnoli takes on Roderick Strong. O'Reilly and Strong alongside Matt Menard hold a win over Garcia, Castagnoli, and their stable leader Jon Moxley from the September 27 edition of "Collision".
With AEW WrestleDream right around the corner this coming Saturday, Jurassic Express' Jack Perry and Luchasaurus will be squaring off with The Young Bucks with $500,000 on the line and Jamie Hayter will be going one-on-one with Thekla at the pay-per-view event. Before they compete in their respective matches, however, Perry and Luchasaurus will be teaming up with Kenny Omega to go toe-to-toe with The Don Callis Family's Josh Alexander, Hechicero, and the returning Mark Davis while Hayter collides with Thekla's Triangle Of Madness stablemate Skye Blue.
Additionally, the aforementioned Moxley and Darby Allin will also be meeting with one another one last time before their I Quit Match at WrestleDream and likewise, Toni Storm and titleholder Kris Statlander will be coming face-to-face with one another when they exchange some famous last words ahead of their AEW Women's World Championship on Saturday.
We are live! Excalibur, Taz, and Bryan Danielson greet audiences at home before we head over to Toni Storm and Kris Statlander sitting down backstage with Renee Paquette. The two women then give one another some tense famous last words before their WrestleDream match. Storm and Statlander head to the ring and begin brawling with one another, with Storm offering Statlander a free shot at her using the AEW Women's World Championship. Statlander opts not to clock Storm, but Storm lands a Dragon suplex on Statlander. Statlander then offers Storm a free shot at her with the AEW Women's World Championship, but Storm instead places the title belt on Statlander's shoulder.
The Demand then makes their way to the ring. The Hurt Syndicate follows.
The Hurt Syndicate (w/ MVP) vs. The Gates Of Agony (w/ Ricochet)
Shelton Benjamin and Bishop Kaun begin the action. The bell rings and the two stare each other down before during off right hands on one another. Benjamin cinches in a rear chokehold on Kaun, but Kaun prevents him from fully locking it in. Bobby Lashley then tags in and lands a delayed vertical suplex on Kaun before firing off shoulders on his midsection in the corner and landing a swinging neckbreaker on him.
Back from the break, Toa Liona levels Lashley with a back elbow and looks to whip him into the corner. Lashley responds with a belly-to-belly suplex to Liona, then tags in Benjamin as Kaun tags in on his side. Benjamin beats down and charges at him in the corner, but Ricochet hops up onto the apron to distract Benjamin. Benjamin levels Ricochet, but Kaun manages to roll him up. Benjamin then kicks out.
An interfering Liona looks to bodyslam Benjamin, but Benjamin catches him with a DDT. Liona levels Benjamin with a headbutt. Lashley and Liona take out one another with clotheslines on the outside as Kaun ascends to the top rope. Benjamin meets him up there and delivers a superplex to him. While the referee is distracted by MVP, Ricochet runs over Lashley with a Shining Wizard. MVP hits Ricochet with his cane on the outside, but Kaun pins Lashley for the win.
Winners: The Gates Of Agony
We then head over to a heated conversation between Jon Moxley and Darby Allin as a pane of glass blocks the two of them. A brawl then brakes out between the two men, with PAC ultimately helping Moxley to leave Allin bloody.
Claudio Castagnoli then makes his way to the ring. Roderick Strong follows.
Claudio Castagnoli vs. Roderick Strong
The bell rings and the two lock up. They take turns locking one another in submission holds before they exchange right hands with one another. Strong delivers an enzuigiri to Castagnoli on the apron and sends him crashing into it spine first.
Back from the break, Castagnoli pins Strong but Strong kicks out. Strong runs over Castagnoli with a clothesline, then fires off chops on him and sends him crashing out of the ring between the ropes. He lands a dropkick on him through the middle rope, then sends him crashing into the barricade spine first and dumps him back inside the ring.
Strong charges at Castagnoli in the corner, and the two men better on the ropes until Strong sends Castagnoli crashing into the top rope face first. Strong charges at Castagnoli, but Castagnoli catches Strong with a pop-up uppercut for the win.
Winner: Claudio Castagnoli
The Don Callis Family then makes their way to the ring. Kenny Omega and Jurassic Express follow.

The bell rings as Omega and Josh Alexander look to begin the action. Alexander tags in Hechicero, much to the annoyance of Omega who had challenged Alexander to get in the ring with him. Hechicero begins targeting Omega's knee and sends it bouncing off the mat, and Alexander catches Omega with a knee to his spine as Omega runs the ropes. Omega then delivers a crossbody to Hechicero on the outside over the top rope to level him, but Mark Davis runs over Omega with a clothesline.
Alexander dumps Omega back in the ring, and Hechicero continues wearing him down. Alexander and Jack Perry tag in, and Perry beats down Alexander before Luchasaurus tags in and sends Alexander crashing into the mat. Perry tags back in and Luchasaurus sends Alexander crashing into the mat before Pretty flies off the top rope over Luchasaurus to take out Alexander. Davis then tags in and levels Perry.
Back from the break, Omega tags in and levels Alexander with a pair of back elbows. He lands a rolling Fireman's Carry on Alexander and delivers a Shooting Star Press off the ropes, but Luchasaurus tags in and exchanges strikes with Davis. Davis levels Luchasaurus with a clothesline, but Omega runs over Hechicero with a V-Trigger when everyone begins brawling with one another. Davis takes out Omega, but Omega then tags in and calls for the V-Trigger.
Don Callis hops up on the apron, opening the door for Alexander to deliver a Chop Block to Omega. Davis runs the ropes and looks to land a clothesline on Omega, but Perry takes the move for Omega. Omega brawls with Davis, but Davis delivers a piledriver to him and goes for a pin. Omega kicks out, but Hechicero tags in and manages to cinch in a cross armbreaker on Omega. Luchasaurus chokeslams Alexander on top of Omega and Hechicero to break the fall before Perry tags back in and delivers the Doomsday Device to Hechicero with Luchasaurus for the win.
Winners: Kenny Omega and Jurassic Express
After the match, The Young Bucks appear to level Perry and Luchasaurus with double superkicks. The Bucks set up for the Meltzer Driver on Perry, but Omega comes to Perry's air. Matt Jackson looks to land a kick, but stops when he sees it's Omega behind him. Nick Jackson and Matt argue with Omega, but Perry and Luchasaurus take The Bucks and The Don Callis Family out.
Skye Blue and Julia Hart then make their way to the ring. Jamie Hayter follows.
Jamie Hayter vs. Skye Blue (w/ Julia Hart)
The bell rings and the two lock up. They take turns tangling up one another in submission holds, but Hayter delivers a hair whip to Blue and connects with a few shoulder blocks on her. She follows it up with a bodyslam and goes for a pin, but Blue kicks out.
Hayter sends Blue crashing into the turnbuckles face first, then rains down right hands on her in the corner and delivers a suplex. Hayter stares down Hart on the outside and dares her to take a shot, but Blue pulls Hart out of the way and levels Hayter. She then lands a swinging hanging neckbreaker on her off the ring apron.
Back from the break, Blue lands a back elbow on Hayter. Hayter responds with a dropkick to Blue off the middle rope, then follows it up with a belly-to-belly suplex and lands a second suplex on Blue on the outside spine first. Hayter then gets Blue back in the ring and connects with the Hayter Line on her for the win.
Winner: Jamie Hayter
After the match, Thekla appears on the jumbo tron to send a message to Hayter.
"Hangman" Adam Page then makes his way to the ring to join the announce desk. La Faccion Ingobernable and The Opps follow.
The Opps (c) vs. La Faccion Ingobernable (w/ Sammy Guevara) for the AEW World Trios Championship
The Beast Mortos and Powerhouse Hobbs begin the action. The bell rings and the two lock up. They go back and forth before Rush and Kastuyori Shibata tag in and exchange chops with one another. Shibata sends Rush crashing into the mat, but Samoa Joe and Mortos tag in and lock up with one another. Mortos fires off right hands on Joe, but Shibata tags in and La Faccion Ingobernale triple teams on him. Rush then tags back in, and La Faccion Ingobernable deliver three consecutive splashes to Shibata in the corner before they all land a triple dropkick on him.
Back from the break, Shibata delivers a boot to Dralistico and rains down right hands on him. He delivers a dropkick to him in the corner, but Hobbs tags in and runs over Rush and Mortos with a double clothesline. Dralistico flies off the middle rope, but Hobbs catches him and delivers a slam to him. Samoa Joe tags in and lands a scoop powerslam on Dralistico, then cinches in the Coquina Clutch on him for the win.
Winners (and still): The Opps
After the match, Page slides in the ring and fires off a right hand each on Rush and Dralistico. He levels Mortos with a kick, then sets up for the Buckshot Lariat on Rush. The rest of La Faccion Ingobernable pull Rush out of the way as Joe picks up the AEW World Championship belt and forcefully hands it to Page before he heads to the back.

Wheeler Yuta & Daniel Garcia vs. Orange Cassidy & Kyle O'Reilly
Garcia and Yuta make their way to the ring through the crowd. O'Reilly and Cassidy follow.
Yuta and Cassidy start us off. Cassidy walked towards him and Yuta tagged Garcia in. Garcia with a leg sweep right away. They work each other's arms. Garcia slams Cassidy and slaps him. Cassidy mocks Garcia with a dance. Cassidy with a snap suplex. O'Reilly tagged in and they double teamed Garcia. O'Reilly put him in a head scissor. Cassidy tagged in and the double teamed Garcia again. O'Reilly tagged back in and they double teamed Garcia with chops and kicks. Yuta got in the ring and they double teamed them both. Garcia pulled Yuta from the ring and everyone battled on the outside.
After the break, Yuta drove his elbows into O'Reilly before tagging in Garcia. Garcia continued with the elbows. Yuta and Garcia double teamed with elbows. Yuta puts him in a crossface. Garcia tagged back in and they double teamed O'Reilly in the corner. O'Reilly fights out of the corner and does a double dragon screw. Cassidy tagged in, put his hands in his pockets and hit a Soul Food on Garcia. He slammed Yuta's face in the turnbuckle and did the same to Garcia before once again doing it to Yuta. He took Garcia down with a crossbody. He followed with a DDT on Yuta. Garcia blindsided Cassidy, but he reversed it into a Beach Break. Cassidy removes his elbow brace and goes for an Orange Punch, but Yuta with a slam.
Moxley is pacing in the crowd. Cassidy with a Stundog Millionaire. O'Reilly hit Yuta with an axe kick. He strikes Garcia repeatedly, but Garcia got in a few of his own. They exchange holds. O'Reilly locks in the guillotine as Mox jumps the barricade. Cassidy knocked Yuta off the apron with an Orange Punch. He follows with a tope suicida. Marina distracts the ref so he misses Garcia tapping out. PAC took out Cassidy. O'Reilly hit PAC with a running knee off the apron. Claudio hit O'Reilly with an uppercut and threw him back in the ring. Garcia rolled O'Reilly up for the win.
Winner: Death Riders
After the match, Garcia and PAC beat down O'Reilly and Cassidy. ISHII and Roddy come down to the ring. Yuta hit ISHII with double knees. They battle on the outside. Mox gets in the ring with a mic. Darby Allin limps to the ramp and eats an uppercut from Claudio. PAC kicks him as he starts to stand. Garcia and Yuta pummel him at the bottom of the ramp. Allin crawls to the ring and Marina hits him with a running kick to the head. Allin climbs into the ring. Paragon and Death Riders brawl to the back. Allin pulled the AEW flag out of his hoodie and grabbed the mic. He tells Mox it's never too late to say 'I Quit.' Mox hits a Death Rider on top of the flag before leaving with Marina.
Megan Bayne vs. Harley Cameron
Bayne comes to the ring without Ford, but FTR and Stoke come out after. Bayne asks Willow how it feels to realize giving everything she has isn't good enough. She calls her stupid. She said maybe tearing Harley apart will make it clear that she'll be bowing down to her.
Stoke says he can't articulate how much he hates Willow and JetSpeed. Stoke said after FTR defeats JetSpeed, they'll be focusing on the tag titles. Dax rambles about their accolades as the crowd boos. They cut to JetSpeed, Willow, and Harley backstage before they come to the ring. Willow and Harley DDT Bayne. JetSpeed takes out FTR with stereo dropkicks. Willow and Harley sent Bayne over the ropes. Willow takes down Dax with a spinebuster and Knight follows with a UFO Splash.
The bell rings and Bayne takes Cameron down with a dropkick before pummeling her in the corner. Bayne chopped her in the opposite corner. Cameron hits her with shoulders to the gut in the corner. Bayne takes her down with a lariat before suplexing her. Bayne kneed her repeatedly in the gut in the corner before splashing her and hitting another suplex. Bayne hits her with two body slams. Cameron blocks the third and hits her with a knee strike. Cameron holds her knee over Bayne's neck over the rope before kicking her in the corner. Cameron goes up top, but Bayne knocks her off and suplexed her from the apron into the ring.
After the break, Bayne hit Cameron with a lariat against the ropes. Bayne hit another lariat before going up top. Cameron put her in the Tree of Woe and hit her with a running dropkick. Cameron followed with a DDT. Bayne hit the Falcon Arrow, but Cameron kicked out. Bayne put her on her shoulders and climbed to the top. Cameron reverses into a powerbomb and a high stack, but Bayne rolls over. Cameron hit hip checks in the corner. Bayne hits another lariat and Fate's Descent, but Cameron kicks out at two. Cameron with a jack knife, but Bayne bridges out and hits a running Liger Bomb for the win.

Kyle Fletcher, Rocky Romero, & Lance Archer vs. Mark Briscoe & BRODIDO
DCF comes to the ring first. Briscoe and BRODIDO follow.
Fletcher and Briscoe start us off. Fletcher tagged in Romero who hit Briscoe with knees to the gut. Briscoe takes him down and follows with right hands. Archer kicked Briscoe in the back when he was running in the ropes. Romero hits him from behind. Archer tagged in and hit Briscoe in the corner. Briscoe hit him in the neck. Fletcher tagged in and they exchanged blows. They exchange strikes all over the ring. Briscoe kicked him in the head after a snapmare. King tagged in. BRODIDO and Briscoe tee off on Fletcher. King hit a scoop slam on Fletcher before throwing Briscoe and Bandido on Fletcher. Briscoe and Bandido do The Macarena during picture-in-picture.
After the break, Fletcher has Briscoe in a side headlock. Fletcher knocked Bandido off the apron. Briscoe and Fletcher hit each other with stereo lariats. King tagged in and he exchanged blows with Archer. King chopped Archer and hit a Death Valley Driver. Bandido tagged in and they double teamed Archer. Archer leapt over Bandido to take down King with a crossbody. Bandido attempted to lift Archer, but his shoulder gave out. Archer spiked him and tagged in Fletcher. Fletcher knocked Briscoe off the apron and kicked King and put him through the ropes. Fletcher with a running kick to Bandido. Archer with a sidewalk slam and Romero followed with a double stomp from the top.
Bandido blocked a tornado DDT and King suplexed Romero. Archer chokeslammed King. Briscoe took Archer down with a dropkick. Fletcher suplexed Briscoe and Bandido. Bandido with a tornillo on Fletcher. Romero uppercut Bandido. Bandido lifts Romero over his head and slams him to the mat and King hits a senton. Briscoe with a Froggy Bow, which allowed Bandido to cover him until Fletcher broke it up. Briscoe and Fletcher are forehead to forehead before exchanging blows. Fletcher with a big boot on the apron. King dumped Fletcher over the ropes with a lariat. Briscoe with a running neckbreaker off the apron. Archer has King by the throat when Bandido kicks his rest. Bandido hits a DDT on Archer. Romero charges King and BRODIDO double team him before Bandido gets the pin.
Winner: BRODIDO and Mark Briscoe
El Clon comes out to the ramp and Okada hits King in the back of the head with the Unified title before nailing Bandido with the Rainmaker. Okada holds the tag titles in the air.
