WWE NXT Results 2/24 - Several Titles On The Line, First Round #1 Contenders Women's Speed Championship Match

Welcome to Wrestling Inc.'s live coverage for "WWE NXT" on February 24, 2026, coming to you live from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida!

Osiris Griffin and Saquon Shugars will be putting the NXT Tag Team Championship on the line on television for the first time since retaining against OTM on the January 27 episode of "NXT" as they defend against Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes of Vanity Project. Baylor and Smokes defeated Hank Walker and Tank Ledger, The Culling, and OTM in a Fatal Four-Way Number One Contenders Match during last Tuesday's edition of "NXT" to secure their spot in tonight's match, with Baylor sneaking up on Shawn Spears to pin him after OTM, Walker, and Ledger had taken themselves out by crashing through the announce desk.

Moments after Ethan Page retained the North American Championship against Shiloh Hill last Tuesday, Myles Borne came to the aid of Hill when Page and the aforementioned Vanity Project blindsided Hill with an attack that ended with Borne threatening to use a chair to destroy Page's ankle in order to get a North American Championship match of his own. With Page having agreed (despite Borne still opting to destroy Page's ankle anyways), Borne will be receiving his North American Championship match tonight.

Jasper Troy will be putting the WWE Speed Championship on the line on television for the first time since retaining against Tavion Heights on the January 13 episode of "NXT" as he defends against Elio LeFleur and Eli Knight in a Triple Threat Match that will have a seven minute time limit. While LeFleur and Knight faced one another last Tuesday in the finals of a WWE Speed Championship Number One Contenders Tournament, the match ultimately ended in the three minute time limit expiring. This prompted acting "NXT" General Manager Robert Stone to announce tonight's Triple Threat Match instead of leaving Troy without a challenger.

As of last Tuesday's episode of "NXT", Jacy Jayne of Fatal Influence will be putting the NXT Women's Championship on the line in her first televised defense since retaining against Kendal Grey at the "NXT" New Year's Evil television special on January 6 as she goes one-on-one with Sol Ruca. AsRuca's friendship with Zaria has been in limbo over the course of the past few weeks, she earned her shot tonight by picking up the pinfall during a tag team match pitting herself and Zaria against Grey and Wren Sinclair on the February 10 episode of "NXT". The pair seemingly made up last Tuesday when Zaria saved Ruca from an attack at the hands of Fatal Influence following a verbal confrontation between Ruca and Jayne.

Speaking of Fatal Influence, Fallon Henley will become one step closer to finding out who will challenge her next for the Women's Speed Championship, as Blake Monroe goes head-to-head with Thea Hail in a First Round Match for the WWE Women's Speed Championship Number One Contenders Tournament. Monroe and Hail have had no shortage of issues with one another over the course of the last several weeks, dating back to when Hail shockingly dethroned Monroe as Women's North American Championship on the December 16 episode of "NXT" prior to losing it to current titleholder Izzi Dame.

Additionally, former allies Uriah Connors and Kale Dixon will be squaring off with one another after Connors made the decision to leave Dixon and Chase U to join Lexis King, NXT Heritage Cup Champion Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, and TNA Knockouts World Champion Arianna Grace. Keanu Carver will also be taking on Sean Legacy as the former continues establishing himself as a force to be reckoned with on the "NXT" roster.

We are live! Vic Joseph and Booker T greet audiences at home as Vanity Project makes their way to the ring. DarkState follows.

Griffin levels Baylor and takes out him and Smokes with a double crossbody. He then sends Baylor crashing into the mat with a chokeslam and chokeslams Smokes on top of Baylor.

Smokes tags back in and pins Griffin, but Griffin kicks out and tags Shugars back in. Griffin gets Baylor in an electric chair position and Shugars connects with a dropkick on him off the top rope. Shugars then pins Baylor, but Drake puts Baylor's foot on the ropes to break the fall.

Cutler James gets in Drake's face, and security runs out to keep a brawl from breaking out between James and DarkState. As the referee helps keep James, Dion Lennox, and Drake apart, Tony D'Angelo runs through the crowd and chokeslams Shugars on the ring apron. He tosses Baylor back in the ring, and Baylor pins Shugars for the win.

He goes for a pin, but LeFleur kicks out.

LeFleur connects with a twisting neckbreaker to Knight on the middle rope and looks to pin him, but Knight rolls out of the ring to avoid being pinned. LeFleur takes out Knight with a moonsault off the middle rope, but Knight levels LeFleur and sends Knight crashing on top of LeFleur's spine.

The clock passes four remaining minutes as LeFleur looks to use Knight's spine as a launch pad. Troy catches LeFleur and sends him crashing into Knight, then connects with a chokeslam on LeFleur and goes for a pin. LeFleur kicks out, but Knight lands a springboard leg drop on Troy as the clock approaches three remaining minutes.

Troy sends Knight crashing off the ropes and out of the ring. He ascends to the middle rope, but Knight lands a kick on his face and LeFleur pulls Troy off the ropes with a powerbomb. The clock approaches two remaining minutes as LeFleur connects with a 450 Splash on Troy off the ropes and pins him. Troy kicks out.

LeFleur rocks Knight with a thrust kick and the pair teeter on the ropes, but Troy pulls LeFleur off. LeFleur takes out Troy, and Knight looks to deliver a moonsault to LeFleur. LeFleur moves out of the way and pins Troy for the win.

Winner (and new): Elio LeFleur

Before the bell can ring, Zaria runs over Ruca with a spear and sends her crashing into the mat with a F5. Ruca gets back up and the bell rings, but Jayne immediately catches her with the Rolling Encore for the win.

Winner (and still): Jacy Jayne

After the match, Zaria delivers a second F5 to Ruca on top of the announce desk.

Back from the break, Tatum Paxley appears in the crowd and says in her loneliness after her betrayal from The Culling, she realized she had to listen to the fans because they wanted her as is. She says she's felt real love because of the fans, then says they've all accepted every weird part of her and says when she beats Izzi Dame at "NXT" Vengeance Day to become the new Women's North American Championship on her.

Dame appears in the crowd and says Paxley will never be enough, and the pair come close to brawling as Blake Monroe makes her way to the ring. Thea Hail follows.

The bell rings as the three minute time limit begins, and Monroe delivers a neckbreaker to Hail. Hail rolls up Monroe, but Monroe kicks out and Hail connects with a powerslam on her. Hail dropkicks Monroe out of the ring as the clock approaches two remaining minutes, but Jaida Parker appears out of nowhere as the referee is distracted by Hail and runs over Monroe with a knee. This opens the door for Hail to deliver a Blockbuster on Monroe back in the ring for the win.

Winner: Thea Hail

We then head over to the second part of Joe Hendry's video reflecting on his journey to WWE and the NXT Championship.

Connors and Dixon exchange right hands with one another, but Dixon sends Connors crashing into the mat. Connors responds with a springboard cutter to Dixon, but Dixon flies over the top rope to level Connors on the outside and ascends to the top rope.
