AEW Collision Results 2/28 - Death Riders Vs. Don Callis Family, Andrade Vs. ISHII

Thunder Rosa made her in-ring return last week when she beat Julia Hart. Following the match, Kris Statlander made the save when Skye Blue was going to attack Rosa while she was distracted by Thekla. Tonight, Rosa and Stat will team up to take on Sisters of Sin. We'll hear from the Women's Champion.
"Timeless" Toni Storm will have her first single match since early January when she faces SkyFlight's Zayda Steel for the first time. One of AEW's newest tag teams, The Brawling Birds will also be in action.
In his first match since losing the TNT Championship, Tommaso Ciampa looks to get back on track when he takes on former ROH foe, Jay Lethal.
Current TNT Champion, Kyle Fletcher will team with fellow Don Callis Family member and International Champion, Kazuchika Okada. They're going one-on-one with Top Flight. More DCF members will be in action when Rocky Romero, Trent Beretta, Josh Alexander, and Lance Archer face PAC, Wheeler Yuta, Daniel Garcia, and Claudio Castagnoli. DCF's Andrade will take on ISHII. Both men had title matches at NJPW New Beginnings on Friday night.
In a rarity on "Collision", we'll also hear from Men's World Champion, MJF following the announcement that his match against Hangman Page will be a Texas Death Match.
We hear from MJF
MJF came to the ring and demanded for Tony Khan to come to the ring. Instead Kevin Knight came out. Knight called him a "crybaby a** b****!" Knight said he dresses better, has more swag, and he's "way more handsome than you too!" He said he might be a better World Champion than him too.
MJF asked if he thinks he could be a better world champion than him. He told him to jet on ever to El Paso, Texas for a shot at the Triple B. He's going to teach him a lesson. "You're not the future. Hell, you're not even the now. After I'm through with you, little buddy, all you're going to be is history,"
Death Riders vs. Don Callis Family
Death Riders came to the ring first. DCF follows as Death Riders do push ups next to the ring. Mox joined commentary.
Garcia and Romero start us off. Archer is talking to Marina. Garcia puts him in a waistlock and Romero backed him up to the ropes. Garcia took him down with a shoulder tackle. Garcia did a John Woo dropkick. PAC tagged in and they double team Romero. PAC did a standing Shooting Star Press. Romero escaped an armdrag and tagged in Alexander. PAC tagged in Claudio.
Alexander and Claudio battled on the ropes. Alexander caught Claudio, but Claudio escaped and went for an ankle lock. He deadlifted him into a suplex. Archer tagged in and while he ran his mouth, Alexander hit Claudio from behind. Archer laid in body shots in the corner and splashed him repeatedly. Archer tagged in Romero, who got in the ring and tagged in Trent so they could double team Claudio. Claudio took them down with double lariats. Claudio tagged in Yuta. Yuta went for a dive, but was tripped by Alexander. Alexander tried to pull his hat off and PAC kicked him with a big boot. Trent responded with a discus to PAC. Trent also tried to pull off Yuta's hat when Garcia suplexed Trent. Garcia and Romero exchange blows.
Romero put Yuta in a waistlock and tried to remove his hat when Claudio pulled him off and dumped him to the outside. Archer took Claudio down with a crossbody. Everybody, except for Yuta and Archer, are battling in front of commentary. Yuta blocked Archer from pulling off his hat by biting his hand. Yuta landed a DDT. Yuta dove on everyone and adjusted his hat. Claudio sent Archer facefirst into the announce table. Yuta put Trent in the ring and snap suplexed him. PAC tagged in and Yuta held him in place so PAC could hit him in the gut. PAC PAC continued to kick Trent and landed a big boot. PAC went up top when Romero grabbed his leg. PAC kicked him away and Trent suplexed PAC. Romero tagged in and they double team PAC.
After the break, Alexander put PAC in a side headlock. PAC fights out and Alexander did a Crucifix Bomb before going up top. PAC moved, so Alexander got down. PAC suplexed him. RPG Vice pushed Death Riders off the apron so PAC couldn't tag anyone. PAC hit Trent with an enzuiguri and a backbreaker on Romero. Claudio and Trent tagged in and Claudio knocker Archer from the apron. He hit Trent with uppercuts into the corner. He did the same to Alexander before splashing them. He ran into Trent's boot. Claudio put Alexander in the Giant Swing, when he noticed Trent standing on the turnbuckle and uppercut him in the air.
Claudio covered him for two.
Yuta tagged in and they double teamed Trent. Yuta drove his elbows into Trent. RPG Vice double team Yuta. Archer chokeslammed him and Yuta pulled his hat down. Claudio ran at Archer, but Archer sent him out of the ring. He did the same to Garcia. Claudio tried to get in the ring with a chair, but Bryce stopped him. Archer tried removing it again, when Marina jumped on Archer's back. Archer attempted a Blackout, but Marina put him in a sleeper. He tossed her away and Yuta nailed him with a missile dropkick and PAC followed with a big boot. Garcia forearmed Archer and Claudio immediately followed with an uppercut. Claudio punched Alexander off the apron and kicked Trent away. Death Riders tee off on Archer. Claudio powerslammed Archer and then tossed Yuta onto him for the pin, but DCF broke it up. Members of both faction brawl on the outside. Romero hit the Sliced Bread on Yuta for a two count. Yuta hit the Busaiku Knee for the win.

Takeshita comes out with a mic. Before he says anything, he and Mox start brawling. Everyone tries to pull them apart and they continue brawling. Marina pulls Mox to the back.
Tommaso Ciampa vs. Jay Lethal
Ciampa comes to the ring first. Lethal follows, accompanied by The Swirl.
Lethal put him in a waistlock and worked Ciampa's arm, but Ciampa took him down. They exchanged words and Ciampa shoved Lethal. Lethal responded with a slap. They exchange blows. Ciampa suplexed him. He followed by chopping him in the corner. Lethal reversed an Irish Whip and placed Ciampa over the middle ropes, hitting him in the back. He attempted a suplex, but Ciampa hit him with back elbows. Blake Christian slid in from the other side to suplex Ciampa off the ropes. Lethal punched Ciampa repeatedly. He took him down with a shoulder tackle.
Lethal sent him to the outside. Lee Johnson got caught trying to hit Ciampa when he punched Johnson. He ducked an incoming Christian and took him down with a lariat. Lethal dropkicked him and then dove through the ropes, sending Ciampa up and over the announce table.
After the break, Ciampa chopped Lethal while they were up top. They battled over the top rope when Lethal chopped him to the mat. He went for King's Elbow, but Ciampa got his feet up. Lethal tried to put Ciampa in a Figure Four, but Ciampa rolled him up. Ciampa blocked a dragon screw. Ciampa hit him with a forearm and Lethal planted him. Lethal ascended again and missed another King's Elbow and Ciampa rolled him up for 2.99. They exchanged blows. Lethal landed a cutter after not being able to do Lethal Injection. He set up for it again, but Ciampa did a baseball slide into his face. Ciampa followed with a powerbomb, but Lethal kicked out.
Ciampa pulled down his kneepad when he was distracted by Johnson so that Christian could charge at him, but Ciampa dumped him to the floor. Lethal rolled him up for 2.5. Ciampa with a knee strike and a running knee for the win.

The Brawling Birds vs. Gypsy Mac & Tyra Russamee
Hayter and Mac start us off and Hayter plants her after a lockup. Hayter blocked a forearm and forearmed Mac several times before throwing her to the mat. She suplexed Mac and pushed Russamae in the face. Russamae tagged in. They circled one another before Hayter tagged in Windsor. Windsor hit her from behind and headbutted her before sending her into the corner. Windsor flipped her over, kicked her in the spine, and covered her. Windsor followed with a side headlock.
Russamae put her in a headlock and Windsor punched her in the gut and backed her into the ropes so Hayter could tag in. The Birds double teamed her. Hayter pummeled Russamae as Windsor threw Mac to the outside. Windsor took her down with a lariat. Hayter kicked Russamae in the gut in the corner and chopped her repeatedly. Windsor tagged in and continued the assault on Russamae when Hayter tagged back in. They chopped her together before suplexing her. They ran at Russamae and hit her from behind before hitting Two Birds, One Stone for the win.

Protokada vs. Top Flight
Fletcher comes to the ring first, followed by Okada. Callis shook Okada's hand before heading to commentary. Top Flight followed, accompanied by Christopher Daniels.
Okada and Darius start us off. Darius worked his arm and took him to the mat. Okada reversed, got to his feet, and put him in a side headlock. Darius briefly put him in a headscissors. Okada clapped and kicked him in the gut. He sent Darius into the turnbuckle and tagged in Fletcher. They double teamed him and sent Darius to the outside. Darius hit a dropkick and tagged in Dante. They double teamed him in the corner. They blocked suplex attempts. Darius hit an assisted suplex and Dante did a headbutt on Fletcher. Fletcher foreamed him in the face. Okada distracted Dante and Fletcher dumped him over the rope. Okada DDT'd him on the floor.
After the break, Fletcher tried to keep Dante from tagging Darius and Dante forearmed Fletcher. Dante reversed a suplex attempt. Okada tagged in and knocked Darius off the apron. He flipped Dante over and Dante escaped to tag in Darius. Darius took down Okada and pushed Fletcher off the apron. He kicked Okada in the face and followed with a Spanish Fly. He immediately landed a tope suicida on Fletcher. He leapt into a spear on Okada in the corner. He followed with Northern Lights. Okada looked for Fletcher, who was still out. Darius uppercut Okada. Okada responded by dumping him over his shoulder.
Fletcher finally tagged and superkicked Darius and hit the Michinoku Driver. Fletcher charged at Darius, who moved and sent him hard into the turnbuckle. Dante tagged in and hit a gamen giri. Darius tagged in and Dante dropkicked him into a suplex from Darius. They sent Fletcher face first into the mat and Dante pinned him, but Okada broke it up. Darius sent Okada to the floor and kicked him in the gut. Darius tagged in and Okada pulled Dante to the floor. Okada shoved him into the barricade as Fletcher dumped Darius to the mat. Darius rolled him up as Okada hit CD with a big boot.
Darius and Fletcher exchange blows. Fletcher tagged Okada in. Darius dodged a Rainmaker, but was taken down with a missile dropkick. Okada hit the Rainmaker and tagged in Fletcher. Fletcher kicked Dante off the apron with a big boot. He hit the sheer drop brainbuster for the win.
Winner: PROTOKADA
After the match, Fletcher got a mic to say PROTOKADA are the best champions in company history and as PROTOKADA, they are unstoppable. He started to say whoever wants to step up when JetSpeed's music hit. Speedball reminded him that he beat Fletcher and that Knight beat Okada. Knight said the math wasn't mathing. Okada said they've never beaten PROTOKADA. Fletcher called him a b****. Knight wants to face them. After he beats MJF, Knight wants Okada as his first defense. Speedball wants a shot at the TNT title. They also said for them to find a member of DCF to face them for the Trios titles.
Timeless Toni Storm vs. Zayda Steel
Storm comes to the ring, accompanied by Luther. Steel is already in the ring and Daniels is still out there.
Storm offered her hand and Steel kissed it. They locked up and Storm flipped her over and pinned her. Steel offered her hand and Storm rubbed her arm and locked up her arms. Steel put her in a side headlock, but Storm backed her into the ropes. Steel tried to take her down with a shoulder tackle and Storm encourages to try again. She tried again unsuccessfully, but took her down with a headscissors. She followed with a blind elbow, a takedown, and a shotgun dropkick and rolled her up.
Storm took her down twice. Storm put her in a double underhook, but Storm escaped and crawled between her legs. Storm went to the apron and Steel kicked her in the face. She followed with a lungblower over the ropes and a tope suicida. Steel put her in the ring and hit a crossbody, but can't get the win. Storm suplexed her three times and followed with a hip attack and a Storm Zero for the win.
Winner: "Timeless" Toni Storm
After the match, Marina attacked Storm. Storm took her down and pummeled her, when Yuta came out. She pulled his hat off and he scrambled out of the ring and through the crowd. Storm put his hat on.
Sisters of Sin vs. Thunder Rosa & Kris Statlander
Sisters of Sin come to the ring first. Stat follows. Rosa comes out last.
Hart and Rosa start us off. Rosa punched her and chopped her to the corner. She sent Hart into the turnbuckle.. She hit two dropkicks in a row. Rosa hit a sliding lariat and covered her for two. Hart backed her into the corner and Blue got caught pulling Rosa's hair. Hart forearmed her repeatedly. Blue tagged in and they double teamed her. Blue pinned her for one. Rosa kicked Blue and forearmed her before sending her to the corner. She ran across the ring and hit Hart. She hit Blue and tagged in Stat. Stat hit her with an uppercut and a running knee in the corner. Stat followed with a Raging Fire. Stat put Blue on her shoulders, but she escaped and tagged in Hart.
Stat hit her with a spinning elbow and sent her into the corner. Hart hit a charging Stat with a big boot and back elbowed Rosa. Stat tried to suplex Hartt, but Hart escaped and tagged in Blue. Stat knocked Blue to the apron and dumped Hart to the mat before connecting with a sliding forearm. Stat ran to do a tope suicida, but Blue was waiting with a big boot. Hart climbed on the apron and did a neckbreaker over the middle rope. Blue kicked Stat in the chest.
After the break, Hart walked the rope and pulled Stat's arm over the rope. Hart held Stat in place, but she moved when Blue charged at her and she hit Hart with a running knee. They tried to double team Stat, but she kicked Hart away and slammed Blue into Hart.
Rosa tagged in and took out Hart and Blue twice. She dropkicked Hart in the corner and then did it to Blue. Rosa followed with a suplex on Blue, but Hart broke up the pin. Rosa sent Hart to the outside and did a jawbreaker on Blue. Hart tagged in and Rosa did a cutter before tagging in Stat. She did a pumpkick on Hart. Blue spiked Stat and did a swinging neckbreaker. Rosa did a lungblower on Blue. Hart sent Rosa to the mat and landed a thrust kick on Stat. Blue sent Rosa to the outside. Sisters of Sin duck a running lariat from Stat and they slammed her to the mat and hit stereo Superkicks. Rosa pushed Blue into Hart to break up the pin.
They all exchange blows from their knees before getting to their feet. Rosa and Stat bounced off the ropes into Superkicks. Hart sent Rosa to the floor. They tried to double team Stat, but Rosa pulled Hart out of the ring and sent her into the announce table as Stat suplexed Blue. Stat hits Staturday Night Fever on Hart after Rosa tagged in. Rosa plants Hart and pins her.
Winner: Thunder Rosa and Kris Statlander
After the match, Thekla comes out and says she can't stand two dumb b****es. She asked if Rosa is ready. Thekla tells Stat to tell her how she made her cry, bleed, and took her title. "Listen Perrita, I don't fight to win. I fight to kill. Why don't you retire already? Get ready for the past of AEW's division because she's the future."
Andrade vs. ISHII
Andrade comes to the ring first, accompanied by Callis. ISHII followed.
ISHII backed him into the ropes. They switched around the ring. Andrade held him in the corner. Andrade points to something before putting ISHII in a side headlock. He tried to shoulder tackle ISHII and ISHII yelled at him before forearming him multiple times. ISHII tried to send him to the outside, but Andrade caught himself and told ISHII to be tranquilo. ISHII punched Andrade in the gut as he climbed up top. ISHII joined him and Andrade fought him off and headbutted him to the mat and followed with a crossbody.
ISHII chopped him three times and took him down with a shoulder tackle. Andrade landed a dropkick and ISHII rolled out to the ring. Andrade went to the apron and ISHII pulled him down, making him hit his face. ISHII put him in the ring and chopped him into the corner. Andrade kicked a charging ISHII. ISHII attempted a suplex when Andrade raked his eyes and connected with a thrust kick.
ISHII escaped to the outside and Andrade followed and chopped him and then walked him to the announce table and slammed ISHII's face into it. Andrade slammed his face on the exposed table and went to flirt.
After the break, Andrade attempted Three Amigos on ISHII. ISHII suplexed him. ISHII chopped him in the corner repeatedly and did a backdrop suplex. Andrade connected with Three Amigos and pinned him for two. Andrade charged at ISHII, who moved and suplexed him, but Andrade landed on his feet. They charged at each other and Andrade blocked a forearm, so ISHII headbutted him. ISHII followed with a sliding lariat for two. ISHII pulled him to his feet and went for a brainbuster, but Andrade blocked it. They exchanged forearms.
Andrade sent him face first into the middle turnbuckle. Andrade landed running knees in the corner. Andrade ascended the top rope for a moonsault, but ISHII rolled out of the way, but he landed a standing moonsault, but ISHII kicked out. Andrade went for the DM, but ISHII escaped and hit him with an enzuiguri. ISHII took Andrade down with a lariat and forearmed him. Andrade connected with a spinning back elbow and pinned him for 2.5. Andrade lands the DM for the win.
Winner: Andrade
Bandido came to the ring, clapping. Andrade pulled his pants off to reveal yellow trunks. Bandido offered his hand and Andrade spit on it. Bandido pointed his finger guns with one hand and the other at the Revolution sign. Andrade pointed at the sign and then pointed his finger guns at Bandido.
