WWE Raw Results 7/27 - Women's Intercontinental Championship On The Line & More

Raquel Rodriguez was previously unsuccessful in challenging Sol Ruca for her Women's Intercontinental Championship on the July 6 episode of "Raw". Tonight, she will have another chance to dethrone Ruca and bring back some gold to Judgment Day when the two women go head-to-head with one another once again with the Women's Intercontinental Championship on the line.

World Tag Team Champions and Vision members Bron Breakker and Austin Theory will be joining forces with one another to take on Otis and Akira Tozawa of Alpha Academy in a non-title match. Alpha Academy made a unsuccessful plea with Maxxine Dupri to join them once again as they continue to struggle with understanding her reasoning for aligning with The Vision on the July 13 episode of "Raw", which subsequently led to a brawl between The Vision and Alpha Academy during last Monday's edition of "Raw" moments after Breakker and Theory had scored a win against Je'Von Evans and Dragon Lee.

Speaking of Evans, he will be competing in a match of his own tonight as he goes head-to-head with Rusev while AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio squares off against Ethan Page. Evans, Rusev, and Page met one another in a Number One Contenders Match for Penta's Intercontinental Championship on July 13 that was ultimately won by Chad Gable and also involved the aforementioned Lee, Joe Hendry and AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio.

Additionally, Oba Femi and Brock Lesnar will be partaking in a weigh in ahead of their Hell in a Cell Match at SummerSlam, while titleholder Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins will be meeting before their World Heavyweight Championship match at this coming Saturday and Sunday's Premium Live Event. The aforementioned Hendry and Danhausen will also be holding a concert for the WWE Universe after Danhausen and IYO SKY made sure that Women's World Champion Liv Morgan couldn't interfere and hand the aforementioned Dominik a win in his match against Hendry last Monday.

We are live! Michael Cole and Corey Graves greet audiences at home as Oba Femi makes his way to the ring. Adam Pearce and Triple H are already waiting inside the Hell in the Cell cage where the upcoming weigh in is set to take place. 

Pearce says before Femi faces Lesnar in a Hell in a Cell match at SummerSlam, it's time for him to step on the scale. Femi weighs in at 302 pounds, and Pearce then introduces Lesnar who makes his way out with Paul Heyman.

Lesnar locks the cage door, and Heyman says letting Brock Lesnar into the Hell in a Cell cage is a bad idea. He says Femi is an "underdog" heading into SummerSlam and says Lesnar has never been defeated in Hell in a Cell, then says that's a streak that will never be broken and says Lesnar is the most dominant competitor to walk into WWE in 40 years. Heyman reveals Lesnar weighs 303 pounds after stepping on a scale in the back, and Lesnar tells Femi that he'll see him at SummerSlam.

Femi stops Lesnar as he looks to leave, then says Lesnar thinks he's free to go. He says himself and Hell in a Cell are coming for Lesnar, then says no matter how free Lesnar thinks he is, Lesnar is locked in Hell in a Cell with him rather than the other way around.

Femi begins attacking the police officers in the ring and chokeslams one of them. He lands Fall From Grace on another officer out of frustration.

The Vision then makes their way to the ring. Alpha Academy follows.

Bron Breakker and Otis begin the action. The bell rings and the two lock up. Akira Tozawa tags in and fires off a right hand on Breakker, but Breakker sends Tozawa crashing into the corner spine first and fires off shoulders on Tozawa's midsection. Austin Theory tags in and follows suit, but Dupri trips Tozawa from the outside as Theory distracts the referee.

Theory sends Tozawa crashing out of the ring and dumps him back inside during the commercial break, then rains down right hands on him and tags out to Breakker. Breakker continues wearing down Tozawa, but Theory tags back in and rains down right hands on him. He cinches in a submission hold on Tozawa, but Tozawa ascends to the top rope back from the break.

Paul hops up onto the apron to distract Tozawa and the referee, allowing Theory to get his knees up. Breakker tags back in and runs the ropes to deliver a spear to Tozawa for the win.

Winners: The Vision

After the match, Breakker and Theory fire off right hands and stomps on Tozawa. Otis levels Breakker and Theory with shoulder tackles and ascends up the ropes, but Dupri hops up onto the apron to stop him. This opens the door for Theory and Breakker to send Otis crashing into the mat off the ropes with a double powerbomb before Breakker lands a spear on Otis as Theory holds him in place. Theory then opts to hit Otis' head with a chair using the ring post.

Je'Von Evans then makes his way to the ring. Rusev follows.

The bell rings and Evans delivers a boot to Rusev. He rocks Rusev with a dropkick and uses the top rope to deliver a hurricanrana to Rusev, then lands a second dropkick on him to send him crashing out of the ring and looks to fly out of the ring. Rusev catches Evans with a right hand and delivers a Fallaway Slam on him back in the ring to send him crashing back out.

Evans charges at Rusev, but Rusev catches him and sends him crashing over the barricade near the timekeeper's area. Evans flies over the barricade to take out Rusev, then rocks him a few right hands during the commercial break. Rusev sends Evans crashing into the mat with a Sidewalk Slam and wears him down with a submission hold, but Evans fires off a few right hands on Rusev.

Evans catches Rusev with a flipping kick back from the break, then flies over the top rope to take out Rusev on the outside. He looks to cinch in The Accolade on Evans, but Evan grabs onto the bottom rope to escape Rusev's grasp. Evans then lands a Busaiku Knee on Rusev, but Rusev locks in The Accolade on Evans.

Evans grabs onto the bottom rope to escape, but Rusev calls for the Machka Kick on him. Evans sees Rusev coming and lands a Stunner on Rusev, then follows it up with the OG Cutter for the win.

Winner: Je'Von Evans

Hendry and Danhausen begin playing a song about Judgment Day, with Hendry playing the guitar and Danhausen playing a homemade organ. Three Minihausens join Hendry and Danhausen in the ring as dancers make their way out and Hendry and Danhausen sing "I believe that you are cursed" over and over and over again.

Boxer Ryan Garcia hops the barricade to join in, but Garcia cracks a guitar across Hendry's spine. Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh slide into the ring to attack Danhausen, but the Minihausens go after the Judgment Day members. Dominik and McDonagh quickly take them out, and Dominik delivers a Frog Splash to Danhausen.

Rey Mysterio then makes his way to the ring. 

Back from the break, we head over to a video teasing Big Cass' return once again for the "Raw" after SummerSlam on August 3.

Back at ringside, Ethan Page makes his way out. 

The bell rings and the two lock up. Page levels Rey with a shoulder tackle, but Rey gets up in an electric chair position on Page's shoulders. The two men tumble out of the ring over the top rope, but Page keeps Rey up in the electric chair position and powerbombs him into the ring apron.

Page sends Rey crashing into the announce desk midsection first during the commercial break and lands a stomp on him. He fires off more stomps on Rey in the corner, but Rey sends Page crashing into the ropes back from the break and looks to dial it up with a 619. Page catches Rey with a big boot and charges at Rey in the corner, but Rey sends Page crashing into the ring post shoulder first and ascends to the top rope. Page catches Rey with a big boot and joins him on the ropes, but Rey sends Page crashing into the announce desk shoulder first with a hurricanrana.

Rey dumps Page back in the ring, but Page grabs onto the ring skirt. Rey then dropkicks Page into the middle rope and dials it up for a 619 on him, but Page uses the ring skirt to shield himself and delivers an Egoplex to Rey for the win.

Winner: Ethan Page

We then head over to Danhausen's labratory, where Danhausen and three Minihausens are injured and a nurse checks on them. Adam Pearce walks in, and Danhausen demands that he make his SummerSlam match against Dominik Mysterio a Human Monies On A Pole Match. Pearce agrees. 

Back at ringside, The Usos make their way to the ring. 

Jimmy Uso says The Bloodline is now in the city of Los Angeles, and Jey Uso says he has a little message for LA Knight, Solo Sikoa, and Royce Keys. He gives them a warning shot, but Sikoa cuts off Jey by appearing in the crowd.

Sikoa says the real Bloodline has him in it implying that the current iteration of The Bloodline is a sham, but Jimmy tells Sikoa to make it easy on himself by running the play "or else". Sikoa asks Jimmy if he'll send him a warning shot or yeet for 30 minutes, then says he would never go back to The Bloodline because he's in a great spot and makes it clear there's no love lost between himself and Roman Reigns.

LA Knight's music hits and he makes his way out. He says himself and Sikoa want to knock off the heads of The Usos at SummerSlam, then says The Usos screwed Royce Keys out of his shot at a Number One Contenders Match for the Undisputed WWE Championship on this past Friday's episode of "WWE SmackDown". He says they can wait from SummerSlam, or he can walk to the ring (as he does so) and beat down The Usos with Sikoa.

Knight and Sikoa slide into the ring, but Jey and Jimmy get the better of them. Knight and Sikoa take control, but Jacob Fatu makes his way to the ring to go after Knight and Sikoa. Royce Keys follows Fatu and levels Jimmy on the entrance ramp. Jey looks to level Keys with a superkick, but Keys stays standing and levels Jey. Keys and Fatu then stare down one another and exchange right hands, but Keys momentarily levels Fatu. Fatu quickly recovers and cinches in the Tongan Death Grip on Keys, but Sikoa delivers a Samoan Spike to Fatu. Keys lands a spinebuster on Fatu, and Knight follows it up with a BFT to him.

Sol Ruca then makes her way to the ring. Raquel Rodriguez follows. 

The bell rings and Ruca delivers a moonsault off the top rope to take out Rodriguez on the outside. She dumps her back in the ring and goes for a pin during the commercial break, but Rodriguez kicks out and rains down strikes on Ruca.

Rodriguez wears down Ruca with a submission hold before Ruca lands a DDT on Rodriguez off the top rope with a DDT back from the break. She goes for a pin, but Rodriguez kicks out.

Roxanne Perez runs out to the ring, but Ruca takes her down and runs the ropes. Liv Morgan trips up Ruca, and Rodriguez rolls up Ruca. Ruca kicks out, but IYO SKY's music hits and she runs out to the ring. Morgan surprises SKY at the bottom of the entrance ramp and sends her crashing into the barricade, but SKY sends Morgan crashing into the ring post. Rodriguez goes after Ruca, but Ruca delivers a codebreaker to her.

SKY sends Morgan crashing into the ring post, and Ruca looks to land a Sol Snatcher on Rodriguez. Perez trips Ruca on the ropes as the referee is distracted by Morgan, opening the door for Rodriguez to deliver a Texana Bomb to Ruca and pin her for the win.

Roman Reigns then makes his way to the ring.

Reigns looks to tell Los Angeles to acknowledge him, but before he can, Seth Rollins' music hits and he makes his way out.

Rollins tells Los Angeles to acknowledge him and throws up the One symbol as Reigns looks visibly irritated. Reigns says Los Angeles knows the deal and calls Rollins an a*****e. Rollins admits he's guilty of being an a*****e, then says that's fine by him because it's how it gets by. He says some people get by without having everything handed to them, then says Reigns is a main event walking and the "Tribal Chief". He says Reigns has the edge on him in many departments, but Reigns will never be better at professional wrestling than he is.

Rollins says when it comes to what goes on in the ring, he owns Reigns and says he also owns what goes on in Reigns' head. He says Reigns can call him an a*****e, but he's not a liar and says he owns Reigns. He says Reigns thinks that SummerSlam will be different, but questions if he's changed a little bit and asks him if he'll call in The Bloodline for backup. He says Reigns might need to beat him, but he stands no chance.

Reigns says he's the only real Superstar and the only true champion in WWE, then says he needs to beat Rollins and have his family see him do so. He says the whole professional wrestling industry needs him to beat Rollins, but Rollins says Reigns told him a month ago that Reigns needed his family to be at SummerSlam to see him beat Rollins. He recalls sending Reigns' family home in tears when he successfully cashed his Money in the Bank contract against him at WWE WrestleMania 31, then says he hopes Reigns' family is at SummerSlam again so he can see them cry again. He says when Reigns' children will figure out that he's a fraud and a loser, but Reigns clocks Rollins and rains down right hands on him. He catches Rollins with a spear and picks up his World Heavyweight Championship momentarily, but instead picks up a chair to bring into the ring with him. Rollins sends Reigns crashing into the chair with a Curb Stomp as Reigns gets back inside the ring, and Rollins stands tall over Reigns' prone body as the show goes off the air.
