ROH World Six-Man Tag Titles, Men's TV Title Change Hands At Death Before Dishonor

Two championship titles changed hands at Ring of Honor's Death Before Dishonor on Friday.

In the trios division, Lethal Twist (Jay Lethal, Blake Christian, and Lee Johnson) walked out of the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia as the new ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions, defeating the former champions Dalton Castle and The Outrunners of their 97-day reign. In this title fight, with the help from Lethal on the outside, Christian secured the pin on Truth Magnum of the Outrunners for the victory. Historically, Friday's win gave Lethal bragging rights, as the ROH veteran has now held five distinct titles within the promotion.

Over towards the singles division, Action Andretti captured the ROH World Television Title for the first time in his career — with the assist from The Opps — against "Blackheart" Lio Rush in their "Fight Without Honor" lights out match. After the lights went out then flicked back on, the Opps' Hook stood in the center of the ring in front of Rush, and connected a side suplex. Hook and Anthony Bowens continued their interferences. Though he's overcome the numbers game plenty of times in his career, the Opps' defense was too much for Rush, causing him to fall prey to Andretti's Lights, Camera, Action finisher.

Elsewhere on the card, Red Velvet (ROH Women's World Television Championship), Deonna Purrazzo (ROH Women's Pure Championship), Lee Moriarty (ROH Men's Pure Championship), El Sky Team (ROH World Tag Team Championship), Bandido (ROH World Championship), and Athena (ROH Women's World Championship) all retained their respective titles. 

As for matches pertaining to ROH's sister promotion, AEW, Daniel Garcia (who stepped in for Eddie Kingston) defeated Adam Priest to etch his name in the AEW Continental Challenge Cup. Kingston was removed from the tournament after being ruled not medically cleared to compete. Garcia will face his Death Rider stablemate Claudio Castagnoli tonight on "AEW Collision."
