TNA Thursday Night Impact Results 9/24 - International Title Match, Tag Team Bout & More

Mustafa Ali of Order 4 will be returning to the ring as he defends his International Championship against his former stablemate Jason Hotch and Trey Miguel in a Three-Way Match. With Ali having dethroned Hotch as International Champion at TNA Lockdown on August 23, Ali's stablemate Special Agent 0 caused a Number One Contenders Match between Hotch and Miguel on the September 3 episode of "Thursday Night Impact" to end in a no contest when he became involved at Ali's behest.

BDE and Rich Swann will be teaming up with one another to take on The Righteous' Vincent and Dutch. The Righteous have made several efforts to recruit BDE to their ranks over the past few weeks, but have proven to be unsuccessful thus far. Although it seemed they had BDE under their spell on the September 10 episode of "Thursday Night Impact", he attacked Vincent to cost him a single's match against Swann.

The Elegance Brand's M By Elegance will be finding out who her next challenger for the Knockouts Television Championship is, as Jada Stone, Elayna Black, Harley Hudson, and Gabby Forza will be colliding with one another in a Four-Way Number One Contenders Match for the Knockouts Television Championship. M defeated Stone in the finals of the Knockouts Television Championship Tournament. Meanwhile, Forza unsuccessfully challenged Xia Brookside for the Knockouts World Championship on the September 10 episode of "Thursday Night Impact", Hudson has been looking to prove herself in TNA amidst TNA Director of Operations Daria Rae wanting to terminate her contract, and Black has been determined to capture gold.

Additionally, Elijah will be facing The System's Eddie Edwards amid the mounting tensions between the two parties and Elijah's ally Ricky Sosa. Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy will also be making an appearance on tonight's show following Jeff being out of action due to unforeseen attackers taking him out backstage a few weeks ago.

We are live! Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt greet audiences at home as Leon Slater makes his way to the ring.

Slater said he had to share the ring with Ryan Nemeth last week, but he beat him and says there's always another Nemeth behind the first one. He says he got to thinking about why one of the best in the world in Nic Nemeth is such a coward, then says he thinks it's because Nic sees him getting bigger, better, stronger, and faster. He says he's feeling ready to go and doesn't want to wait for Bound For Glory, then calls Nic out to the ring.

Nic's music hits and he makes his way out. He says there's a difference between being a kid like Slater and being a World Champion, then says Ryan will win his qualifier for the Bound For Glory Six Way X-Division Championship Match later tonight in order for The Nemeths to run TNA Wrestling.

Nic tells Slater that he's too dumb to realize it, but unbeknownst to Slater, Ryan is standing behind him. Slater says he knows what Nic is trying to do, but reveals he knew Ryan was behind him and levels him with a superkick, then rains down right hands on Nic. Security runs out to break apart the two men, but they take out the security guards and continue brawling with one another.

More security runs out to the ring and TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella appears, saying he's decided to put a no touch physicality clause on Nic and Slater ahead of Bound For Glory. He tells Nic he will be stripped of the TNA World Championship if he breaks the clause, and Slater will lose his Bound for Glory TNA World Championship if he breaks the clause.

We then head backstage, where Daria Rae and Indi Hartwell get into a tension verbal confrontation with one another. Rae slaps Hartwell, but Marella emerges out of frame to reveal he was filming the whole encounter. 

Back at ringside, KJ Orso makes his way to the ring. Ryan Nemeth follows. 

The bell rings and Orso lands a kick on Ryan. He sends him crashing into the mat spine first, then delivers a superkick to Ryan and connects with an Orso Driver on Ryan. He goes for a pin, but Ryan kicks out and spikes Orso with a DDT. Orso sends Ryan crashing into the mat spine first and delivers a springboard Phoenix style Tornillo on Ryan. He cinches in the KJ Clutch on Ryan, but Ryan sends Orso crashing into the ring post shoulder first and follows it up with Hollywood Ending for the win.

Winner: Ryan Nemeth

We then head over to a video of Rosemary interviewing another version of herself in what appears to be a psychiatric facility.

We then head backstage, where John Skyler stands up for Mila Moore to Mustafa Ali. Moore looks to thank Skyler, but Skyler walks off before she can. 

Back at ringside, The Righteous make their way out. BDE and Rich Swann follow. 

Vincent and Dutch waste no time going after BDE and Swann. The bell rings and Vincent pins BDE. BDE kicks out, but Swann ascends to the middle rope. Vincent joins him up there, but Swann and BDE slide a couple of chairs into the ring. BDE hooks up Swann to a controller and controls him to hit Dutch with a chair. BDE and Dutch brawl up the entrance ramp as Vincent sends Swann crashing into the bottom of the entrance ramp. Dutch sends BDE crashing into the top.

Back from the break, Vincent sends Swann crashing into the chair face first and a second one spine first. He goes for a pin, but Swann kicks out and pulls a chair from under the ring with BDE. Vincent delivers a reverse DDT to Swann and dumps BDE back in the ring, but BDE catches Vincent with a cutter and flies over the top rope looking to level Dutch.

Dutch catches BDE, but BDE fires off elbows on Dutch to escape his grasp. Dutch looks to send BDE crashing through a table on the outside, but Swann pushes BDE BDE delivers a lungblower to Vincent and follows it up with a Clip Cutter, then follows it up with a Frog Splash off the top rope and goes for a pin.

Dutch pulls BDE out of the ring to break the fall, and Vincent lands an Orange Sunshine on BDE for the win.

Winners: The Righteous

After the match, Dutch slides BDE's head into a chair. Vincent uses a second chair to hit BDE with.

We then head over to The Injury Report, where we find out Jeff Hardy has been medically cleared but Moose has not been medically cleared.

We then head backstage, where Santino Marella tells Indi Hartwell that Daria Rae has been suspended and informs her he's chosen to grant her a Knockouts World Championship match at Bound for Glory as Harley Hudson stands by. Brookside walks by and makes it clear she is mad about the match being made official. 

Back at ringside, The Hardys make their way out. 

Matt Hardy says the people attacking members of the TNA roster have attacked himself and Jeff Hardy. He says the fun ends tonight and calls the mystery attackers out to the ring to reveal themselves. Jeff says he's normally pretty patient, but his patience has run out and says the attackers have to show themselves. Matt says himself and Jeff are waiting.

The jumbo screen begins glitching, and the lights being to flash as if someone is messing with them. The lights then go out, and we see two people attacking The Hardys in the ring dressed all in black.

The masked people reveal themselves to be Samuel Shaw and Joseph Sawyer of Syx.

Eddie Edwards and Alisha Edwards then make their way to the ring. Elijah follows. 

The bell rings and Eddie fires off a couple of strikes on Elijah. Elijah takes a lap around the ring and delivers a knee to Eddie's face, then looks to walk the top rope. Alisha hops up on the apron, allowing for Eddie to pull Elijah off the top rope.

Alisha grabs Elijah's ankle when Elijah runs the ropes, but Elijah gets in her face. Eddie flies through the ropes to take down Elijah on the outside, then rains down right hands on him inside the ring and fires off chops on his chest. Eddie rakes Elijah's eyes, but Elijah delivers an Alabama Slam to Eddie and sends Eddie crashing into the mat. Elijah then delivers a piledriver to Eddie and pins him for the win.

Winner: Elijah

We then head backstage, where Moose and A.J. Francis get into a verbal confrontation as Expressions stands by.

Back at ringside, Jada Stone, Elayna Black, Harley Hudson, and Gabby Forza all make their way out. 

The bell rings and Black lands a shotgun dropkick on Forza. She connects with a hurricanrana on Forza, but Stone takes out Black and pins her. Hudson breaks the fall and lands a Hip Attack on Stone, but Forza gets Stone in a vertical suplex on the middle rope. Black and Hudson join Forza and Stone on the ropes before all four women are sent crashing into the mat spine first.

The Elegance Brand appears on the entrance ramp, and Hudson rocks Stone and Forza for strikes. Stone delivers a Spark Stunner to Forza, but Black connects with Blackout on Stone for the win.

Winner (and new Number One Contender): Elayna Black

We then head backstage, where Mila Moore and John Skyler are about to share a kiss. Mustafa Ali and Special Agent 0 interrupt, prompting a frustrated Moore to quit Order 4 and announce Skyler is quitting as well. 

We then head backstage, where Zoey Serrano is on the phone with Daria Rae and promises that Indi Hartwell will not make it to Bound for Glory.

Back at ringside, Trey Miguel makes his way out. Jason Hotch, Mustafa Ali, and Tasha Steelz follow. 

The bell rings and Hotch rains down right hands on Ali. Miguel pulls Hotch off Ali to rain down right hands of his own on Ali, then delivers a Tornado DDT to Ali in the corner of the ring. Hotch delivers a Tornado DDT of his own on Ali outside of the ring and exchanges right hands with Miguel, but Ali delivers dives through the middle rope to level both men on the outside.

Back from the break, Hotch lands a double Spanish Fly on Ali and Miguel. Miguel flies through the middle rope to level Hotch with a Canadian Destroyer on the outside and deliver a Tornado DDT to Ali through the middle rope, then lands a meteora on Ali off the middle rope and goes for a pin. Ali kicks out, but Hotch sends both Ali and Miguel crashing into the mat. Hotch delivers a delayed vertical suplex-DDT combination to both Ali and Miguel, then flies off the top rope to land a double Frog Splash on both Miguel and Ali.

Tasha Steelz slides into the ring to hand Ali his International Championship, and Hotch loos to fly off the ropes to level Ali. Ali moves out of the way and Hotch accidentally takes out Steelz with a crossbody, but Ali dumps Hotch out of the ring. Miguel looks to fly off the top rope with a double stomp, but Ali sees him coming and hits him with his International Championship belt before pinning him for the win.

Winner (and still): Mustafa Ali

After the match, Ali picks up Steelz looking to carry her to the back. He drops her to the floor to hold up his International Championship belt.

We then head backstage, where The Hardys put Syx on notice and tell them to prepare to go to war.
