Welcome to Wrestling Inc.'s live coverage for "AEW Dynamite" on September 30, 2026, coming to you live from the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania!

Tonight's episode of "Dynamite" will pay tribute to Death Riders member PAC following the news of his death earlier this week. PAC wrestled his final ever match at AEW All Out this past Saturday September 26 when he unsuccessfully challenged Andrade El Idolo for the National Championship, and those across the professional wrestling industry have already begun to pay tribute to him across social media including WWE COO Triple H, PAC's stablemate Marina Shafir, members of the AEW roster, and AEW President Tony Khan.

AEW World Champion Will Ospreay will be in action as he goes head-to-head with Ricochet in a non-title match. Ospreay successfully defended the AEW World Championship against Death Riders leader Jon Moxley in the main event of All Out, with the closing moments of the match featuring Ospreay delivering a Storm Breaker and a Hidden Blade to Moxley amidst interference from the rest of The Death Riders, United Empire, and The Brawling Birds.

TBS Championship Persephone will be joining forces with Britt Baker to take on Hyan and Thunder Rosa in tag team competition. Baker ensured that Persephone would dethrone Hyan's tag team partner Maya World as TBS Champion at the AEW All In Buy In show on August 30 when she became involved in the match, with Baker, Persephone, and Hikaru Shida later scoring a win against Hyan, Rosa, and World in a trios match at the "Dynamite" Rebel Heart special on September 9.

We are live! Excalibur says Benjamin Satterly (known as PAC in AEW) was only a b*****d in name. He says Benjamin was humble and warm, and while he appeared quiet at first, he would light up when talking about his passions including the animals in his garden. He says there will never be another man like Benjamin and says he loves and misses him.

Tony Schiavone is standing in the ring, and says AEW is a family. He says everyone in AEW was grief stricken upon finding out the news of Benjamin's death, then says Benjamin taught everyone a lot about being a b*****d in the ring and a great human being behind the curtain. He says Benjamin taught him to be kind, and says he will be honored tonight with this episode of "Dynamite" before throwing it to a video of Jon Moxley speaking after All Out and says it was the last time Benjamin was caught on camera.

In the video, Moxley says Will Ospreay was better than him in their AEW World Championship match. He says he gave everything he had, but loss happens in wrestling, life, opportunities, people, and not always getting what one deserves. He says every day is a gift and says walking out in front of a sold out crowd surrounded by teammates, then says Ospreay was the better man and congratulates him. He says all Ospreay has earned is more hard work and says he knows which eulogy he wants to have. He says every day is a gift to do something with and walks off as Marina Shafir, Daniel Garcia, Wheeler Yuta, and lastly PAC walk off.

Back inside the ring, Schiavone bows his head. Several members of the AEW roster, referees, and Tony Khan bow their heads at the top of the entrance ramp as a ten bell salute is undertaken in honor of Benjamin.

The Death Riders' music hits, and a chair sits empty in the crowd as Jon Moxley makes his way to the ring. Orange Cassidy follows.

Jon Moxley (c) vs. Orange Cassidy for the Continental Championship

The bell rings and the two lock up. Cassidy lands a pair of arm drags on Moxley, but Moxley delivers a chop to Cassidy. Cassidy rolls up Moxley, but Moxley kicks out and pins Cassidy. Cassidy kicks out, and the two men find themselves in a stalemate with one another. Moxley and Cassidy lock up with each other once again, but Cassidy levels Moxley with a shoulder tackle. Moxley responds with an elbow strike to Cassidy and sends him bouncing off the announce desk face first on the outside.

Back from the break, Moxley pins Cassidy. Cassidy kicks out, but Moxley rains down right hands on Cassidy in the corner of the ring. Cassidy sends Moxley's face repeatedly bouncing off the top turnbuckle from the ring apron, but Moxley knocks Cassidy onto the floor and dumps him back in the ring. Cassidy rolls back out of the ring twice when Moxley dumps him back inside both times, then meets him on the other side of the ring when Cassidy looks to roll back out once again as commentary notes that Cassidy did something similar in one of his matches with PAC during their rivalry in the early days of AEW.

Cassidy ascends to the top rope, but Moxley rolls into the corner of the ring. Cassidy then fires off his signature kicks on Moxley and rocks Moxley with a thrust kick before the two men exchange forearm strikes with one another and Cassidy places his hands into his pockets. Moxley pretends to place his own hands in his pockets, but flips off Cassidy instead.

Cassidy delivers a shotgun dropkick to Moxley and connects with a Stun Dog Millionaire on him. He rolls up Moxley with a crucifix pin, but Moxley kicks out and Cassidy sets up for Beach Break. Moxley escapes, but Cassidy delivers a kick to Moxley and Moxley responds by looking to cinch in a Brutalizer on Cassidy.

Cassidy counters into a pinfall, but Moxley kicks out and Cassidy looks to cinch in a Brutalizer on him as Excalibur and Tony Schiavone add that if anyone would know how to counter the Brutalizer it would be Cassidy. Moxley breaks one of his arms free and lands a Curb Stomp on Cassidy, then follows it up with a Death Rider on him for the win.

Winner (and still): Jon Moxley

After the match, Moxley catches his breath inside the ring. Bryan Danielson's music hits and he makes his way out with tears in his eyes. Moxley makes his way up to his feet and turns his back to Danielson at first, but turns around to face him. Moxley and Danielson embrace one another and share a long hug with each other.

Back from the break, we head over to a video from a tearful "Hangman" Adam Page. He says he immediately found out that Benjamin was kind, welcoming, and humbling when he first arrived in AEW, then says he loved working with Benjamin and felt like he became really close with him over the last couple months. He says he's glad he told Benjamin how much he loved and respected him, then says he wished he could express how much Benjamin loved professional wrestling and the people he worked with.

Back at ringside, The Don Callis Family make their way to the ring as Kyle Fletcher sports a towel with PAC's face on it. The Elite and "Hangman" Adam Page follow.

The Elite vs. The Don Callis Family (w/ Don Callis)

The bell rings and Kyle Fletcher, Rocky Romero, Trent Beretta, and Kyle Fletcher jump Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, and Page. Fletcher whips Nick into the ropes, but Matt tags in and lands a shoulder on Fletcher's midsection through the middle rope. Matt assists Nick in delivering a hurricanrana to Fletcher, but Knight tags in and Nick lands a backbreaker on him. Matt delivers a twisting neckbreaker to Knight off Nick's knee, and The Bucks deliver a Code Red-German suplex combination to Beretta.

Romero lands a double hurricanrana on Matt and Nick, but Page sneaks up behind Romero as Romero shimmies in the ring. Omega sneaks up behind Romero on the other side as The Young Bucks block his path out of the ring. Omega and Page then fire off chops on Romero's chest and spine before landing a double kick on Beretta.

Omega sends Beretta crashing into the mat, but The Young Bucks knock Knight off the ring apron. Page sends Fletcher out to join them, and The Elite and Page then take flight to level The Don Callis Family members with dives through the middle rope on the outside.

The Elite and Page rain down right hands on The Don Callis Family in all four corners of the ring, and Matt powerbombs Beretta in the corner as Nick lands an enzuigiri on him from the ring apron. Fletcher sends Matt crashing into Nick, and Knight pulls Nick off the middle rope with a hurricanrana. He lands a dive to take out Omega and Page on the outside, and Romero and Beretta deliver a double stomp off the ropes-belly-to-back piledriver combination to Matt.
