Eddie Osbourne Dead, Canadian Indie Veteran Dies At Age 43
Canadian wrestler and promoter Eddie Osbourne, also known as Cousin Eddie, has died at the age of 43. 365 Pro Wrestling broke the news on social media Wednesday night.
With many heavy hearts and a tremendous amount of sorrow, we are sad to announce the passing of our great friend and leader Eddie Osbourne," the promotion wrote. "For over two decades he entertained a continent, not only in the ring, but by bringing quality pro wrestling events to both B.C and Ontario. His passion, dedication and respect for this business will never be forgotten and will live on in his students, peers and the fans that he gave his all to for the past 25 years."
Since 2005, Osbourne had acted as an owner of 365 Pro Wrestling, an independent wrestling company located in Canada. Osbourne also served as its promoter.
The wrestling veteran made his in-ring debut in 2001, with his most recent match pitting him and Parker Langdon against 365 Tag Team Champions Johnny Rostyn and Sawyer Stein on September 26. Rostyn and Stein defeated their challengers to retain the titles.
