We are live! Vic Joseph and Booker T greet audiences at home as Tony D'Angelo makes his way to the ring.
-
We Hear From Tony D’Angelo
D'Angelo calls Grayson Waller to the ring, and he makes his way out. Waller says he knew it would always be D'Angelo and says they both signed with WWE around the same time. He says they were teammates in a WWE Men's WarGames match and asks D'Angelo if he's running from him, then says he wants the satisfaction of beating D'Angelo one-on-one and says the biggest demon he needs to conquer is D'Angelo.
-
D'Angelo says Waller always looked down on him, but no one knew who Waller was before WWE. He says Waller only cared about viral moments rather than titles, but Waller says D'Angelo still debuted on television before him and had to hold his hand to show him what a WarGames match was. He says it didn't matter how talented he was because D'Angelo was chosen, but D'Angelo says Waller hides behind one liners and memes because he's desperate for attention. Waller says that's called having a personality, then says he's not a hypocrite because he won their match mentally months ago. He says all he has to do at Halloween Havoc is take D'Angelo out to the waters and let him drown.
D'Angelo says WarGames was his third match on "NXT", then says it all comes down to them facing each other one-on-one. Waller says D'Angelo considers himself the face of "NXT" and even defeated Oba Femi twice, but that doesn't mean D'Angelo can touch him in the ring with the run he's on right now. He says the NXT Championship means something again, but D'Angelo says he carried the NXT Championship to cement his legacy. He says he's still a Division One All American who will rip off Waller's head and beat him with it, then promises to drag Waller through it at Halloween Havoc.
El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. and Galeno then makes their way to the ring. BirthRight follows.

He delivers a chop to his chest, but Galeno sends King crashing into the corner of the ring spine first and tags out to Wagner Jr. Wagner Jr. wears down Dempsey, but Galeno tags back in and lands a running senton on King. He dumps an interfering Dempsey out of the ring and looks to fly out of the ring with Galeno, but Grace stands between Wagner Jr., Galeno, and BirthRight. Wagner Jr. then uses Galeno's spine as a launching pad to fly over the top rope and take down King, Dempsey, and Connors on the outside.

Tavion Heights then makes his way to the ring.
-
We Hear From Tavion Heights
Heights says he had a steel chair wrapped around his ankle by Myles Borne, who had apologized to him at "NXT" Heatwave only to proceed to use the chair to target his ankle. He says he believed Borne's apology, but Borne doubled down and twisted the knife in his back. He says that was a mistake on him and says he doesn't make mistakes twice, then says he had to come front and center to watch Borne fall under the pressure of his NXT Championship Number One Contenders Match against Tony D'Angelo last week.
Borne slides into the ring and attacks Heights from behind. The two men brawl into the Performance Center parking lot, but security and officials work to pull apart the two men.

After the match, Zaria's music hits and she makes her way to the ring to confront Dame for bullying her about playing Glinda in the play Wicked when she was younger. She says if Dame wants a Women's North American Championship match, that's not the way to go about it, then offers Dame a Women's North American Championship match at Halloween Havoc. Dame accepts the challenge for a match, but specifies Zaria does not have to put her Women's North American Championship on the line.
Hank Walker and Tank Ledger then make their way to the ring. The Creed Brothers follow.

Hank Walker and Tank Ledger vs. The Creed Brothers in a Quarterfinals Match for the 2026 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic
Walker and Julius Creed begin the action. The bell rings and the two lock up. Ledger and Brutus Creed tag in, and Ledger fires off back elbows on Brutus in the corner. Walker tags in and sends Brutus crashing into the corner of the ring, but Brutus sends Walker crashing into the mat spine first and delivers the Brutus Smash to him.
-

She says Jordan is "The Stand Out", but "The Stand Out" will become the stand down at Halloween Havoc and demands she come to the ring so they can sign their contract.
Jordan appears and says she has a gift for Sinclair, then pulls a beaten down Kendal Grey into the ringside area and runs to the back when Sinclair slides out of the ring to check on Grey.
We then head backstage, where Zilla Fatu requests that Robert Stone bring back the Halloween Havoc wheel in order for him to beat down Charlie Dempsey, with Dempsey having requested a match against Zilla earlier that same night.
