On Monday, AEW/ROH's Dralistico posted an AI photo of himself behind bars and in handcuffs with the caption, "maybe not for long?" Dralistico's contract has been rumored to be up soon. His brother, RUSH, also posted a picture of himself outdoors in his gear with the caption, "see you 2027".

On "Wrestling Observer Radio," Bryan Alvarez confirmed that Dralistico's contract is coming up very soon and the post seems to indicate that he'll leave when his contract ends. Dave Meltzer weighed in and said Dralistico isn't injured, he's just not being used. He pointed out there are very limited options on where he can go. He could go to AAA and potentially be teamed with his brother, Dragon Lee. He said that RUSH is also healthy. He pointed out that RUSH doesn't like to lose, but he doesn't refuse to.

Meltzer explained that CMLL has the memory of elephants, so RUSH and Dralistico most likely wouldn't be welcomed back. If they were, he believes Dralistico would be a key guy and RUSH would be a star on the level of Mistico and Soberano, Jr.

"I don't know when RUSH's contract is up, but I would've said before with certainty that him and WWE would be a bad fit. They are more controlling than AEW and he's not good with control. He hits really, really hard. He does a very physical style that not everybody loves. In WWE, you could not get away with doing that there. He likes doing that and he's such a big star in Mexico that he could kind of do whatever he pleased, so that makes it a tough fit. It's not an impossible fit, but it's a tough fit."
