WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2026: Biggest Winners & Losers
Last night was WWE NXT's spookiest night of the year, as the annual Halloween Havoc event took place at the WWE Performance Center. We've already gone over what happened at the big event over on the WWE Halloween Havoc 2026 Live Blog, and the staff has made their thoughts about the night clear in the Halloween Havoc 2026: 3 Things We Hated & 3 Things We Loved column. All that's left now are Winners and Losers.
As always, the winners aren't always winners, like Wren Sinclair, who looked like a bonafide star in her loss to Kelani Jordan, but sometimes losers are very much losers, like Tavion Heights, who simply cannot find a way to beat Myles Borne. If you have any thoughts, the conversation will continue in the comments section, which I have left open for you.
Enough introducing, it's November after all, and all Halloween talk is getting old fast. Let's get into the Winners and the Losers from Halloween Havoc 2026.
Loser: Tavion Heights
WWE clearly has plans for Myles Borne, so much so, that they have completely forgotten that Tavion Heights will someday have to come out of this endless feud with a modicum of dignity. As it stands, Borne has simply dominated his rivalry with Heights, and it has put me in the unfortunate position of calling Heights a big time loser.
He just cannot seem to get the job done against Borne, and the length of the feud is really starting to make that point repetitive. In singles competition, Heights is 0-4 against Borne. The closest thing he's gotten to wins are double-count-out draws at NXT live events. It has been a pitiful showing for Heights, and it would probably be best for everyone if NXT moved on from this feud. Borne is starting to look like he's beating a dead horse, instead of progressing in his career.
I have no idea what went on in the No Quarter Catch Crew but there is simply no way that it warranted a feud this long. They've sucked all the narrative drama out of the feud, and have now started depleting Heights's ver essence, like a booking version of a person's body eating itself to stay alive.
Winner: Wren Sinclair
Where Tavion Heights was a No Quarter Catch Crew alumni who lost in losing, Wren Sinclair was a No Quarter Catch Crew alumni who won in losing on Saturday. Sinclair has been relegated to Kendal Grey's supportive friend for a while now, keeping Grey's thought's positive as she deals with vertigo ad mental health struggles. Sinclair's match against NXT Women's Champion Kelani Jordan was a chance for her to remind people that she is one of the better in-ring talents in WWE.
The match was like watching someone literally wrestle out of another person's shadow, as by the end, I was so invested in the drama of Sinclair and Jordan's fight, that I forgot all about Kendal Grey's vertigo. The NXT Women's Title was just about wrestling for those blissful 20ish minutes.
I legitimately went into the show thinking it was Sinclair's time to shine, but even in losing, she proved that she is unquestionably one of the main stars of the women's division, when Jordan inevitably heads to the main roster. Saturday's match was a testament to what a good match can do for a prospect, even in the most Sports Entertainment of circumstances.
Losers: Izzi Dame and Zaria
This Izzi Dame/Zaria feud is dire. Just the most incoherent nonsense that NXT has come up with in some time. Izzi hates Zaria because she did theater and played saxophone, but she doesn't want a title shot, even though Zaria offered her one. I'm not really sure what they were going for, and am even more confused by how hard they tried to force Wicked into the situation, even giving Izzi a chance to make an entrance like Glinda. That's right, she wore a crown and came down in a bubble, Doug.
The match itself was fine, even if the lead up made very little sense. Then Dame distracted Zaria with the ghosts of her theater kid past, with one poor NXT extra dressed as Glinda, and another dressed as a marching band sax player. This led to Izzi getting the win over Zaria, and likely earning the title shot that Zaria already offered to Izzi. It's all so stupid, and everyone involved looks stupider for it.
Worst of all, they're trying to humanize one of the strongest a**-kickers that NXT has. WWE has so poisoned their brains with "Save The Cat!" screenwriting tropes that they've decided even stone-cold badasses like Zaria need to be real people, who we can relate to. If The Road Warriors came into WWE today, they would do a storyline where they were bullied for some Halloween costume from their childhood.
Winner: Grayson Waller
When Grayson Waller showed up in NXT, I legitimately thought he was weeks away from being fired. It felt like a last resort booking to run out his contract, but heading back to NXT was probably the best thing that ever happened to him.
Waller was struggling in the main roster. Too Miz to stand out, not Miz enough to replace Miz. He's an annoying jerk, who does not seem to fear being hated by the crowd. He has everything a good wrestling heel should have, and in NXT it feels like he has the room to really run with it. Waller has a renewed confidence now that he's NXT Champion and it's leading to some of his best work. His recent promos against D'Angelo had real bite, and while there were some woeful spots in last night's match, it doesn't change the fact that NXT clearly sees him as "The Guy" right now, especially if he's facing CM Punk on Wednesday.
It's an insane 180. Waller felt like he was on the release bubble, and now he's defending the NXT Title against CM Punk on an NXT that seems designed to take some steam out of AEW's ratings.
