Paul Heyman is considered by many to be one of the greatest minds in pro wrestling and arguably the best manager of all time as well. Even with an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame, and years in the industry, Heyman's view on himself differs starkly from what others might think of him.

"I'm just a terribly f***ed up person, like everybody else. I just embrace my f***ed-upness," Heyman stated during an interview on "In Depth with Graham Bensinger." Because of Heyman's sudden admission, he was asked if he's ever attended therapy, which the veteran dismissed. "Why would I? Being as f***ed up as I am, has made me who I am. It's made me successful! I embrace my flaws."

At the same time, Heyman admits that he probably does need therapy and that he's likely developed some trauma from the way he was raised, while defending the people who raised them, explaining that they too experienced traumatic events like the Holocaust and the Great Depression, suggesting he doesn't actually harbor any resentment towards them.

"Do I exhibit every single symptom of overcompensatory behavior? Sure I do. Am I ADHD? Of course I am! Am I addicted to the dopamine effect? Of course I am," Heyman added. "And you wanna know what? I'm f***ing fine with it, because it makes me, me!" As he explained his reasoning, Heyman recalled that he was taught that it's okay to be different and special, and that's why he doesn't necessarily lose any sleep about how messed up he actually is.

"I embrace it, and my children are going to be f***ed up, if for nothing else, but because they're my children!" Heyman further proclaimed. "And I hope they embrace it in the same way. 'What was your father like?' 'He was f***ed up like me, and I loved him for it.'"
