Vince McMahon gave a speech to the wrestlers several weeks ago at a pre-show meeting where he told everyone to step up their work ethic.

The running joke in the locker-room was that they are working as hard as they can but it's kind of difficult when the 'smart' folks on the creative team write everything they do, right down to the things they can say in their promo's.

The creative standpoint is that it's some of the talent who can't get over and not what they are writing. We've actually heard that there are eleven WWE writers as it stands right now with several new hirings.

It's just a big game between both sides and basic logic tells you who's fault it really is. Of course there is no way of speaking up without putting your job on the line.
