It s said that she has been going out of her way to learn, and that WWE lucked out the second year in a row because the person fans picked to win is actually enthusiastic about being a wrestler, and not thinking they can get by on looks alone.
Last year, when Christy Hemme won, the situation was very similar. When she first came in there was a lot of doubt, however since showing interest in becoming a better wrestler, things have smoothed over a bit.
