Tuesday Afternoon Update: SmackDown! Fines, Cena, ECW, Rock, More

- To further update the wrestler's being fined at SmackDown! last week, Vince McMahon held a meeting prior to the taping telling everyone that they would be fined if they showed up late and that the dress code was still in effect. Some of the guys last week arrived at 3:30 PM when they are required to arrive at 1 PM for TV tapings. WWE has also banned video game playing in the backstage area.

- John Cena and JBL will be appearing at The American Freedom Fest at The Roseland Ballroom in New York City on 11/11.

- The guys who worked the ECW One Nihgt Stand PPV got their bonus checks last week.

- According to promoters in the south and some of his friends, Ricky Morton of The Rock 'N Roll Express is currently in jail for non-payment of child support. Unless someone puts up bond money he could remain in jail until January.

- In addition to Regis & Kelly, Rock appears on MTV's Total Request Live on Thursday.

- The WWE today announced a two-year agreement with FX Latin America to broadcast Velocity and Experience translated in Spanish and Portuguese.
