TNA News: Another Special, Backstage News & Notes

To follow-up on the story about advertising for the primetime special tomorrow night, Spike TV has paid to run ads again tomorrow on the Howard Stern show. They've also purchased advertising space in Philadelphia, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, and New York City.

TNA iMPACT! will air Thursday, December 8th at 10EST because Spike TV will be airing the Video Game Awards. If the primetime special does well tomorrow night, this show could be turned into a two hour special.

PWInsider.com reports that Spike TV is adding TNA to their New Year's Eve plans. The plans call for a 30 minute TNA special on Saturday, December 31st. The plan is to run the first show at 10EST and then a show later that night at 12EST which would feature an angle that would carry over from the first show.
