Vince states that drug testing will be random and will be performed regularly by an independent contractor. It will not be taking place from WWE staff or the office. Kurt Angle spoke up and asked if they were taking pain killers, how would they need to go about it. Vince said he was not sure just yet as he hasn't seen any of the paperwork but said he would be the second person to know if someone was abusing drugs with the first being the doctor who performed the test.
