More On The Reasons For Christy Hemme's Release
According to Bryan Alvarez, among the various reasons that Christy Hemme and WWE parted ways earlier this week was that she wanted more money.
Christy had won the Diva search contest last year which guaranteed her $250,000 for her first year. That is way more than any other Divas are currently making. When it came time to renegotiate, she was offered a very low-ball deal by Johnny Ace. Given the fact that she posed nude for Playboy and was then being sent to OVW to train harder, she opted to part ways. The travel was also grueling which didn't help matters when she was offered such a low payday.
