WWE Notes: Cena, Taboo Tuesday, RAW, Triple H, More

The early estimate for the Taboo Tuesday buyrate is about 215,000 buys which is a little higher than last year.

The St. Petersburg Times has an article today noting that Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Derrick Brooks is a fan of wrestling and is friends with Hulk Hogan, DDP and Michael Hayes.

Michael Gawda sent us this: I was just looking on the Sky Sports site, and they are advertising three 'WWE Specials' around Christmas time: Raw Exposed – Thursday 22nd December, Great Moments of Raw – Tuesday 27th December, Undertaker Special – Thursday 29th December.

WWE is advertising the main event of the 1/2/06 RAW as Triple H vs. John Cena and John Cena vs. Kurt Angle. There are two different ad's running so one of them is wrong.

The USA Network movie "Three Wise Guys", which features Roddy Piper, airs Thursday at 9 ET on USA.

John Cena ranks number one in this week's POWER 25. Randy Orton moved up 10 spots from #15 to #5. Also, The Boogeyman broke on to the list at #24.
