3 TNA Wrestlers Fined, Cornette's Deal, Major Backstage News, Lots More

Dave Meltzer reports that Jim Cornette's deal with TNA calls for the legendary manager to make eight trips to Orlando which includes pay-per-views and Impact tapings. Cornette refuses to fly, so he will drive from Louisville, KY to Orlando, FL for the shows. Cornette has also agreed to drive to Nashville, TN when he is needed to pre-record segments as director of authority.

Dave Meltzer also reports that Ron Killings, Chris Harris and A.J. Styles were all fined $200 each for missing a conference call to discuss the lay out of the eight man tag team cage match for the Lockdown PPV.

Scott D'Amore is planning to run TNA house shows in Windsor, Ontario and possibly in Toronto.

AAA is running TripleMania on 6/18, which is the date of TNA's Slammiversary PPV, thus TNA talent will not be used. It will be interesting to see which show Konnan works.

Juventund Guerrera is planning to run his own shows in Mexico using TNA and former WWE talent.
